    Im literally so annoyed with this company. They are so not flexible, they sound like robots and so not understanding. They make it impossible to modify anything. I’m constantly billed and I don’t want these **** boxes. 1st the delivery window was 4-8pm shows up at 2 and attempted once to ring doorbell,and I missed the doorbell. maybe a 2nd one out of courtesy would have been nice. I’m just annoyed.88$ an order is a lot of money. I tried cancelling today for ANOTHER order that arrives in 4 days and they can’t cancel. Not even for a courtesy. It’s 4 days away? I don’t get the issue. * **** *** ** ******* *** ** **** ********* ** ******* ********** *** ***** ***** ***** **** ** ********* *** *** ****** And I have all these authorizations on my bank cards . I’m done

    Canceled my subscription and 3 months later they charged a card that was EXPIRED and CANCELED yet somehow the charge went onto my new credit card! They refused to refund my money. ******** ******

    You get sucked in with great introductory offers and then the price goes up and up. So annoying especially when they send boxes you didn’t even order and meals that you can’t eat! *****

    Door to door solicitation has been illegal in Ontario for years, however, they showed up on my doorstep with a sales pitch on Good Friday. That’s the last time I want to be bothered! Targeting me because they know I’ll be home on an important holiday ** ***********

    Received a call from a representative 2 months after I cancelled my account, offering a promotion. I accepted for the promotion to be added to the call BUT not once did I authorize for the account to be reinstated. About a month after moving into my new address I received a charge for $56.72. I called customer service to inquire about the charge and they refused to provide support, stating I accepted an order and the most they could do is offer a 50% discount. I can’t even accept orders at this new address nor has it been updated so the order was shipped to the old address. When I asked to escalate the issue they refused and I was directed to escalate a fraud investigation with my bank. **** ****

    Deleted my account but was charged full price for a box, they said there was no record of deletion when I hit cancel. Then thay say they can only issue refunds 4 days before the delivery, the charge doesn't even come till 2-3 days before

    Created an account to explore the coupon I received in the mail. I didn't choose meals or a delivery date/time and I received a delivery order. Three meals I did not choose on a delivery date that did not work for me. Zero notification. Food ended up being delivered and sitting for five hours because I was not home. I called customer service and they have said that they will refund, but I have not seen a reverse charge yet. I cannot believe that they are able to function as a business with auto-charging and auto-delivering these meal packages without customer consent.     I got mouldy food for my first box. My time was wasted to replace the product. * ** * ******* **** *** ***** I’m getting Hello Fresh for convenience but this was not convenient.
    I had to replace the product, which cost more than what was credited.
    You promote less food waste, but I had to purchase more than I needed, and it will go to waste.
    You can’t call it Hello Fresh if it’s not fresh.

    Reactivated my account to see if they deliver to my current address yet. An order was automatically placed. There was no notification, or option to choose meals. Did not realize until the next day and it was too late to cancel or change food options.
    Called customer service, and was told there was nothing they could do other than offer a 50% refund. When I asked to speak to a manager/supervisor, was told I would get a call back.
    Received that call today and was told that he could provide a 50% refund since it was a special circumstance. Ummmm, that is what a customer service person told me, how can it be a special circumstance.
    Would not provide any other information for contacting head office, or any one else who could help.
    Did not approve the order to be placed.
    Horrible customer service.
