    Hello Fresh offers different priced programs via ****** **** flyers. I enrolled in one with a discount code. The discount got changed as I signed up for the deal. I had to pay higher price for the meals. After two phone calls and no resolve, I am left to pay the outstanding balance. * ***** *** ********* **** ******* ** *** ********. They did not help me in ANY way

    Saw the promotion of Hellofresh with affordable meal plan from Social Media. In order to use their service, I had to sign in. It seemed like I already had an account with them. It was surprising as I never used their services. After logging in, the price changed. Left their website as paying $11 for 1 serving grocery is quite expensive. Several days later, Hellofresh sent me an email stating that my food package will arrive in 2 days. Contacted customer service right away but, had no luck to talk to anyone since they don’t operate during weekends. The food package arrived and called customer service on Monday. The rep disclosed they selected meal kits that could be best for me and charged to my credit card because I didn’t choose it. She also said only managers can issue refunds therefore, a manager would call me for further discussion within 1 – 2 business days. I asked her if I can leave food package in my entrance because I want them to take them back and there is no space (just got groceries from ******). She said it was okay to leave them without refrigerating for 2 - 3 days because of ice packaging. Manager didn’t call me. I called them back and talked to another rep. She over talked to me and said she can’t do anything other than reaching out to a manager and it will take another 1 – 2 business days. A manger called me once and left VM for me to check an email. In email, he was not trying to resolve issues but, mentioned for customer’s convenience they decided what could be the best for them and send kits unless the account deactivated. I called Hellofresh and provided a manager’s name to talk to him directly. The representative put me on hold then, came back to say he wanted me to reply on email otherwise, wait 1 -2 business days. I said I would wait. He never called me! In addition, I had to discard all food because ice packs were already melted and warm in the second day. I am very upset! Want my money back! $140 is a lot of money to waste. Can’t afford!

    I cancelled my box first week of the month of September 2022. I got a Surprise phone call from Hello fresh Sept 11 and said that I have a box waiting on my order and I said I canceled it and they took the box but I still get charged by the amount. I reached out and said the box that I didn’t get is not refundable. That is not acceptable. I paid goods that I didn’t even want

    I went online to look at there plans and signed up for meal plan I selected three meals to see cost, I then decided to do this in the winter so I cancelled my order, two weeks went by so I decided to look at if they had any news items that's IT !! Today the order that I cancelled three weeks ago showed up, my wife and I are leaving in the morning to go on holidays, I called them to informed them that I cancelled the order, they said because I logged back on they automatically sent the order, what a joke, once they have your credit card they do what they want, they where of no help what so ever basically to bad for me, I will never ever deal with this joint again, there app is designed to confuse the customer especially when your older, * ***** *** ********* **** ***** ** ****** **** ******* **** *** ****** ** *** *** ***
