    I signed up for PocketHealth one year ago (2024). The App was recommended by a hospital. After one year of not being able to access any of my health records, PocketHealth, without any notification to me, charged $55.37 to my credit card for another year. I did not authorise the renewal. I went on the PocketHealth website and went into my account to cancel my subscription, but there is no option to cancel a subscription. Oddly, the instructions to cancel a subscription are clearly laid out on the following page: ********************************************************** After several emails to PocketHealth, they said that they were unable to find my payment. Very frustrating. I contacted my bank and advised them that I was unable to resolve the issue with the vendor. The bank was very helpful and immediately removed the payment to PockeHealth.

    I am paying Pocket health $55 every year from 2024. None of my records were updated till now . Although they mention that *** ********* reports were getting updated none of the reports were updated after 2021. When I called Pocket health I got a person called ******, she said she do not have any idea about the *** reports or any other reports . My reports from another hospital is also not there . * ***** ****** ****** ** * **** *** ******* *

    PocketHealth poster displayed at the hospital Diagnostic Imaging states "Fast and easy access to your medical imaging and reports. Access your records for FREE" Those statements are not true. All i want are the reports and it keeps asking me to pay for an upgrade. I even spoke to PocketHealth support requesting my report free as per signage and they said I would have to pay for an upgrade. At *** and ****** ****** I can access my records for free at any time.     What a waste of time. I was hoping to get all the records for my father since he has been going through a lot. When I saw the Pocket Health advertisement during one of our visits, I was pleasantly surprised that such a tool existed. I couldn't wait to get back home to sign up and have all the details at my fingertips.
    Alas, all that excitement was in vain. I understand that every company wants to make money, but be transparent about it in your advertisements. Claiming it's free and then charging for the majority of the features feels incredibly misleading.

    This company is gatekeeping medical records. The no cost option provides extremely limited information and is useless. Subscription ads pop-up constantly while navigating the site. The cost to access my medical records is not affordable. This is unacceptable.

    Pockethealth basic is truly basic. You can see a nice image of a recent x-ray , but if they took several shots of the same area you can only see the first shot unless you pay.
    CT scans provided were only scout or preliminary scans (not with contrast) and were useless to my doctor.
    Bone scans are of poor image quality and were useless to my doctor.
    Any important scans done by another hospital are not connected to pockethealth and leave a hole in putting a diagnosis together. My two hospitals are actually physically connected but only one is on pockethealth. A shame and a pain.
    Based on the Basic version pockethealth should not be advertised as a good product but * **** where you will get next to nothing (except x-rays) of sufficient quality for use by you or your doctor by paying for a plan.

    Pockethealth ******* me into signing up for free access to my ultrasound pictures only for me to discover that it is false advertsing and not free. $49/ year for "unlimited". What makes this so agregious is that they are putting their stickers and posters in the test locations so that you think they are legitimate and aligned with the labs. *********** - this should not be allowed. Of course I did not pay for that. I will wait and go to my Doctor. I am going to try to immediately unsubscribe to Pocket Health. Fool me once...............

    I can't believe they are allowed to withhold my images for cash when the government/really our taxes are paying for them already. I don't know how this is allowed

    I have been trying for two years to get my requested images through pocket health. I have called and emailed repeatedly. They tell me there is nothing they can do and I must be patient. Now I find that they are also double billing me for a subscription to a service that is nonexistent. I am ****** * ********** *** considering paying a lawyer to contact them for me.
    **** ******** ** ******* *** * ***** Not one single record has been made available ever since they changed hands or reorganized about two years ago.
