    I subscribed for annual membership and requested them to get my ultrasound report from ultrasound lab, now when I try to access my report, website asks me to subscribe . i sent email to them the issue but they didn't reply.

    ** *** ****** **** ****** ******* The vast majority of hospitals, clinics, doctors and specialists are not options on their scrolling list of centers to choose from. You will manually enter the name of the medical center/practitioner,etc. and you will receive the following:
    "We are working on it.
    Unfortunately, your provider does not yet provide direct patient access to your imaging records. For now, please connect with the reception desk of the location you had your exam performed at to confirm their channels of record access, and process for releasing information.
    Good news — we’re actively working to bring on new clinics and hospitals each and every day on our patients' behalf. Please do not hesitate to check back here at a later date to see if the facility you are looking for has joined PocketHealth.
    If you require any further assistance, please contact us at helppocket.health and we’d be happy to help."
    Good luck with that.
    If you happen to receive the Pocket Health link from the medical center you visited, prepare to find out that your pending requests are "Under Review."

    I shouldn’t be forced to permit a third party to have access to my diagnostic imaging just so that I can access to them myself.

    Your System/Service is much too complicated for the average layperson to contend with &
    doesn't provide timely, complete & accurate reporting in my experience. Furthermore, after receiving email notification that you intend to "Auto Renew" my "subscription", I tried to contact
    your office via email to prevent that, and it got bounced back, for an unsurprising reason - " the
    recipient's email system refused to accept a connection from your email system." At the time I had no knowledge of how to alternately contact your office! I wish to make it perfectly clear to PocketHealth that I have No Desire to continue business with them, and insist that they immediately discontinue attempting to "automatically renew my subscription". I'm asking that
    a responsible person at PocketHealth contact me to ensure that this request will be acted upon
    as soon as reasonably possible and that I will be advised of this outcome promptly.

    Pocket Health imaging & reports has been a nightmare. MRI’s & X-rays taken June, 7, 2023. Images were ready within a week although some images were not clear & dark. Reports were to be ready June 16, 2023 but were not. Today is June 23, 2023. I’ve made two phone calls & one email since June June 21. The customer service is very nice but still do not have reports. My husband has been in pain since April 15, 2023. It’s taken this long to get various appt but now the delay by Pocket Health. Spent two hours at orthopedist today with no results due to doctor can not read images & need reports. Nurse called & employee told her reports were given to us & it was up to us to give to doctor. **** *** * ******** ****  We are trying to get answers from orthopedist as well as spine specialist, but they need clear images as well as reports.

    I already had my X-Rays on my local Hard drive, but thought $5 was petty cash and cheap enough to have a cloud backup.
    Imagine my surprise when they billed me $55.37.
    The leaflet I had picked up at ******** hospital said a one time $5 fee!
    False advertising *** ****** I want my money back.

    I accessed this service in sept 2022 and turned off the auto renewal and it was to expire in October 2022, they continued to charge me monthly and I just got notice they just auto renewed me. I have proof that I turned off auto renewal and when it expired. Not impressed!!

    They charged my Credit Card Immediately 2X, but when I log in to get my back X-rays from **************** X-Ray & Ultrasound, I keep getting redirected the the Credit Card fields, you type it in and it just freezes, but your card still gets charged. Web Email address doesn't go anywhere and you leave a message on their phone help line, but nobody calls back. Will be filing the FRAUD CLAIM with my Credit Card company.

    **** ******** * ** **** *** I have submitted a request on June 22d and still got nothing on July 14th. Every time I reach them (it is not easy. the answering machine records a message during 5 sec and disconnects). If I reach patient care, they would say my case is marked as urgent and someone would get back to me by the end on the day. Never happened though they promised 3 or 4 times. Now, they promised a manager would speak with me during the day. I believe this would not happened either. I need images to get a second opinion such a lengthy delay could be critical in some case. They are to make access easier not worse. Finally got access to my images. It only took 3 weeks and 4 days. With old plain CD or memory stick I could get it the same day.
