      NEVER RECIEVED ORDER FOR OVER A MONTH! THE TRACKING NUMBER IS FAKE AND NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE ON THE MULTIPLE TIMES I EMAILED THEM! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER IS FAKE AS WELL. ***** ***** ****

      Ordered two pairs of **** ***** from them. ********** **** *** **** ** ***** ******* ** * **** **** ******** **** ***** ****. Had to email them 8 days after I ordered my items because it was still not showing as shipped out. When I did get my delivery 22 days after I placed my order they were not what they had advertised at all. Received some of the worst made jeans I've ever seen and that's even shopping resale stores. No tags, no brand labels, sewn incorrectly. I'm disputing the charges through my credit card company now.

      *** ****** **** ** ******** **** ***** they said my package was delivered but when I asked for some legit tracking info, they just said it HAD been delivered 22 days ago! Couldn't tell me if it was in my mailbox or on my porch! And that my neighbors probably stole it. ***** ***** *** ***** ** **** **** **** ******* ******* *** ******* **** **

      The overall experience was terrible. I emailed the company and received no response. The items are very poor quality. I then filed a dispute with ******** ******* and they sent me some paperwork saying that the company did email me back. One of the things on the email was a return address to mail the items back too in China and their website stated as they'll send a return label. I never received a return label and I never received these emails they sent.

      I never received my package, but the tracking information says I did. They have no way that I can find to file a complaint about this.

      DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! everything is cheaply made in China factory. When you want to return the item they make you pay for the outrageous priced return shipping back to China!! ****** **** ******** *** ******** *** *** **** ******* *** ** ********* ** **** ******** **** ************

      Item took longer to arrive than what was on their website by over a week, and that’s taking into consideration 10-15 business days and going off of 15 business days. Item does not come from NY as their website indicates, it comes from China and returns must be made to China. Was able to dispute with my credit card company and receive full refund. Their refund policy is also 30 days from date of purchase and my item arrived AFTER the 30 days. They would also not issue a RMA which their website indicates it is required for refunds
