      Item took longer to arrive than what was on their website by over a week, and that’s taking into consideration 10-15 business days and going off of 15 business days. Item does not come from NY as their website indicates, it comes from China and returns must be made to China. Was able to dispute with my credit card company and receive full refund. Their refund policy is also 30 days from date of purchase and my item arrived AFTER the 30 days. They would also not issue a RMA which their website indicates it is required for refunds

      Comfy Cargo Pants ** * **** ******* * ***** ********  This is a foreign company. I ordered from their website and my credit card was charged that day. I did not receive my order for over 30 days. When the order finally arrived it was not the brand of jeans I ordered. The size was not the size I ordered and they were not in the color I ordered. They only accept returns within 30 days of the order not 30 days after you receive the product. You also need to return the product to an address in China using a shipping method that you can track.

      ********. I order 2 RC cars back in December. Never received my order. The tracking numbers provided by them, are fake. They claim my order was delivered on 01/19/25. Never happened. I have been working with ****** since I ordered thru them. It has been a nightmare. They claim my order was handled and shipped thru ****. Not true. It appears my order started in China. Went to Canada. From there, Who knows where??
      I want my money back. I even contacted the **** Inspector. The customer service number is fake. When i go to their website, ********.com fake.

      This company is NOT based in New York, and I question whether the products they deliver are what they are actually advertising. I say that because it's been over 15 days since my payment was accepted - but I don't have any delivery updates or tracking. The website explicitly states a shipping time frame - however they only send a ********** email telling you that your order "has been packed", with zero credible/truthful info. I'm thankful that my order wasn't too expensive - because I don't expect it will be what I ordered, if it ever arrives.

      I ordered a Diwali ****** and they sent a duplicate item. * **** *** ****** ** **** ** ******* a realization that they are selling fake versions of ****** toys. I spent $40 and want my money back.

      * ***** **** ******** ***** ** * ****** Ordered ****** Diwali Barbie. The sent me a dollar store knock of version and are acting like they sent the same thing that is pictured on the website. I feel foolish for trusting them but the website looks legitimate.

      comfy cargo pants ** * ***** ** *** *** **** ***** The jeans i recieved did not have a hem in them and you could tell the hem had been taken out. The other pair looked like they had been worn and the zipper did not work right. I have written them and sent pictures of them in the mail, i have sent them emails with pictures. I have texted them and called them about the problem asking to return the jeans and get a refund. I did get to speak with someone who said she would get back with me. To this day I have not heard a word form them. Also sent her the pic. Save your money and buy from somewhere else. **** ***** **** *** *** ****

      ***** ******* **** **** ***** ****. Takes over month to receive shipment. Poor customer service and response. They won’t fully refund defective imitation product unless you ship back to china which costs more than the actual product. False advertisement. I regret buying anything from this company. I purchased a christmas gifts that I received after Christmas. They will not allow you ship back products to their Buffalo address. **** ******* ****** ** *** ** ********* ** *** ***** **** **** ********
