      I ordered a pair of women's boots from their website on March 19, 2025 for 67.94. la have e-mailed and phoned several times trying to get a delivery date. I never get an answer or response. I would like to resolve the issue by either getting the boots or a refund.

      Ordered from my comfy blouse and their ****** involves a number of delegations on customer’s end, requiring multiple visits to their website to verify shipping information. ** ***** ** ** ** ** ******* ** *** ********* ** **** **** ****** ** ***. After many visits to their website to verify my information, nearly a month had passed and they finally shipped my product. Overall, from placing the order to having them ship my order, it took three weeks. Another three weeks for it to arrive from Canada. The product was ill-fitting and the fabric was low quality. I requested a return. This again set off a number of corresponding actions and questions which delayed my return approval beyond the 30-day window to return. When they finally gave me an address to return the product to, which was in Beijing, I packaged it up and brought to the post office. I would've had to pay $40 to ship the product back. I had paid $50 for the product. I used my best judgment and opted not to ship, understanding where this company’s ethics and values stand regarding customer experience.       ** ******* ordered me a personalized sweatshirt on February 10th, 2025. According to the tracking, it’s been in transit for 34 days with the last update provided on March 3rd. I’ve emailed the company everyday and have received run around responses. No one has given me information as to where my order is or offered a solution. Instead I keep being told it’s in transit and they give me the tracking link. I have explicitly asked for a full refund 2 times and have been ignored both times. However, they have the nerve to keep telling me to remain patient.       Business promised a total of 38 bookshelf board games for the combined orders
      Nature of the dispute: The items/products received are not the products shown on the website. They are of inferior quality and they do not match nor contain the shown packaging or contents. The website also provided an estimated arrival time or 8 to 10 days. I selected and paid for expedited shipping for both orders. Twenty (20) items arrived 44 days after the order date. Six (6) items arrived 48 days after the order date and I'm still waiting on Twelve (12) items to arrive.

      This is false advertising on their website. They show products for sale yet they ship you fake and inferior quality products. They also do not disclose that they are shipping from China.       I ordered from My Comfy Blouse. The merchandise arrived about 21 days later from the stated delivery date. Their website states they will provide a return label. I requested return label. They took a few days to respond and instead of return label. I was given an address in China. The cost to ship is more than half the cost of the merchandise. Their website is misleading. I was not given a return label and the second time, they responded offering me a 25% discount. I’m not ordering from them again. And with this back and forth email, today was the 30 days return date.

      I purchase the starlight dress from mycomfyblouse.com on Wednesday November 13th, I paid 86$ for the dress (including shipping and other fees). After doing some research I discovered the company does not send clothes of the same quality as the pictures and does not ship as fast as their website says or does not ship at all. I emailed the company several times to attempt to cancel my order and refund my money but I am met with an automated message every time and cannot get a hold of anyone from the company.

      I placed an online purchase order for tree seeds on 10/19/24 from this online retail website: https://******************/

      I received a purchase confirmation email in a timeline manner stating that my order was being processed and that I would be notified when it is ready to ship. Three weeks elapsed and I had not received my delivery or any updates. I have contacted the vendor multiple times via email and have not received any replies.

      It appears to be a legitimate website. However, upon closer inspection there are numerous signs that it is a ********** e-commerce site.

      I ordered two pair of "**** ****" jeans from ***** ***** *****. They were delivered not as advertised- the material was extremely thin, the pockets and buttons were non-functional, they were not the correct size as advertised although the tag read the size advertised. They were also damaged with fraying at the seams of both pairs.
