      **** ******* ** * ******** ***** I ordered something after seeing an ad on ******. I shouldve done more research before. There is no customer service. The phone number goes straight to voicemail and the email gives you an automated response saying someone will contact you in 1-2 days. Its been over a week with no response.

      Sent the wrong product....Late and I paid for an item I haven't received. Won't respond back and there's no phone number

      My 3D hoodie sent me the wrong item. It took over a month to arrive, and when it did arrive, it was nowhere close to what I had ordered. I emailed and received an automated response saying to expect a response in 1-2 business days.
      That response never came, so I filed a complaint through ******. The business told me I had to return the item at my expense (international shipping), and then they would reimburse only the price of the item, not my original shipping or return shipping costs. I refused the offer, and ****** determined that I should return the item at my cost, and when the business received the item, I would be issued a refund for the original purchase price plus shipping but would still be out the cost of return international shipping. I can understand this if I just changed my mind, but they sent me the wrong item. I should not have to pay for the seller's mistake.
      Bottom line: this company is dishonest, has terrible customer service, and expects you to pay to fix their mistakes.

      Sent them three letters about my order and the shop app says couldn't find tracking number or doesn't have, i waited a month for these guys to produce a tracking number or email to respond and nothing came forth!

      An & Associates: I placed an order for "diabetic socks." When they arrived, they were so little and so tight that I could not get them on my feet. I attempted to contact the vendor so that I could return them, but it was not possible to contact them, so I requested that ****** make them aware that I wanted to return the socks, as they were NOT diabetic socks and of no use to me. ****** identified my inquiry as a "dispute" and required "detailed documentation" but within set criteria labels. The closest option was "not as advertised." They then required further detailed documentation regarding the "defective" item(s), and ultimately ruled in favor of the vendor. So, I could not return them, nor could I receive a refund. In addition to An & Associates, I will no longer use ****** (which I have used almost daily for the last 5 - 6 years).

      It has been 1 month since I ordered a hoodie. The phone number goes directly to voicemail and they don’t respond to emails. I think this is a scam operation. Do NOT buy from this company.

      ** *** ***** **** ****** I ordered sneakers December 2022 and have called them many times! There 2 phone numbers are out of service. They didn't sent me a tracking number. I have sent many emails to them and they have not responded. They got their money and I didn't receive the shoes!!

      Order was placed and payment was processed but shipment has never been received after seven inquiries.
