  I am **** driver on 1st Sep I am on my to pick up my rider and i have stopped for at least 30 sec to call the rider to confirm the pickup location and then i have carried on. But today i have got ticket for $85 as a parking violation with notice ********. Please consider this as my first offense and void the ticket.

  **** drivers are provided a complimentary "**** Lot" for their use. This has been communicated to all **** drivers. There is signage indicating "Stopping along the curbs may result in a $85 fine" and your vehicle was captured parked along the curb of the roadway. As a first offender, we have reduced the fine to $60.

  On May 15th I went to pick up my wife and daughter at Pearson international Airport. I got there when my wife told they were just waiting to collect their luggage. ** ******** ******* **** ******* ******* **** ***** ****** ********* ** ******* ** *** ***** ********* ** ***** ****** * *** ** ******* I got there on time, after the minutes become hours we started to get nervous and I drove around, I was on the phone with my wife and daughter ** **** *** ****** ** ***** *** ****** * ********* an noticed there were many cars waiting i didn't realized it was an infraction. After driving around and waiting more 3 hours they finally came out. In the many years of travel, I have never received a ticket and since I never had the need drive around and wait for so long. A couple of weeks ago, I received a notice by mail from Indigo park for 2 x $85 for parking in a wrong place. Notice # ******* and Notice # ******* I would like to apologies for this, I'm sure this will never happen again. But having to pay to 2 tickets is too much *** ** *** ********** ***********. I ask for consideration to cancel this tickets due to the circumstances.

  I received notice dated 6-28-23 i have parking violation #*******. Infraction date mon. June 12 2023 , location Toronto Pearson international airport, how come i will be there that vehicle was sold last April 2022.

  I received a Notice of Violation - Vehicle recorded stopped - Amt due $85 for Notice * ******* at Toronto Pearson Intern Airport, infraction occurred June 10 2023, time 1108pm, while picking up someone at the airport. My complaint::
  a. No warning that stopping at side of road is ticketable offense
  b. If there were signs, not visible at night (11pm) or poorly visible
  c. In the past, I have parked at side of road and a vehicle would come by and ask me to move along. Since this was at night, not busy, not obstructing traffic, lots of parking on side available, other vehicles also parked, I assumed the same process would be followed. I would have moved readily on request
  d. Very surprised that I could be ticketed on a photo like a red light camera at intersection. This is not well known, certainly not by me and the basis of my assumption that if a ticketable offence at night, I would be informed at the spot and told to move or be ticketed.
  My recommendation:
  Signs at the airport need to declare that camera issued tickets are allowed by Airport Authority and this needs to be well communicated in the media. Signs must be easily visible day and night and at all approaches to the airport.
  Summary:
  I would appreciate a reduction or cancellation of my ticket based on the above. It wasn't busy. It was night. Other vehicles were parked. There was lots of room. No obstruction of traffic was occurring. I assumed I would be told to move along or warned at the spot if I was creating an offense. Certainly leaves me with a bad taste. * ** * *** ******* ******* *** *** *** ***** ** ** ******

  Hello,
  The roadways leading into the airport are signed with "No Stopping" and "No Parking" for public safety reasons. Additionally, all highway access leading into the airport has digital signage clearly visible at night indicating "Parking along the curbs may result in a $85 fine". The greater Toronto Airport Authority also provides complimentary parking while you wait for family or friends at the "Cell Phone Lot", which is also signed along the highway. We will reduce the violation amount to $60.

  I just picked up my friend from the airport. I got 3 different violation tickets . Two of them 5 min time apart. I just picked up a person and left. Why they are trying to charge me 3 times for the same violation?

  The multiple infractions allows us to determine how long your vehicle was parked allong the shoulder. Normally, if one violatiuon is paid, the others are voided.

  I received a letter from indigo park- toronto for parking in the wrong spot. My Notice # *******. I went to pick my mother and went into the pick up area to wait for 5 mins or so but the security kicked me out within a matter of seconds and told me I couldn’t wait there. They told me to go around and so i did and i noticed a group of cars parked and so i thought i can and i parked for a minute or so. I also thought it was ok because i did not see any signs. Im writing this because I was confused as to why i received a ticket and I didn’t break any laws. **** ***** ******** * ****** **** ** ** **** *** I am extremely sad as I was not even parked on an illegal spot.
  I’ve emailed and called many many times but I get no response back.
  On top of that, the notice date was 05/25/2023 but the due date was 05/23/2023 and received my letter on 05/27/2023. I check my po box everyday so it does not make sense. It just doesn’t make sense to me to be charged 107.60$. Please respond back as I would like some assistance. Thank you

  Hello,
  You received the violation because your vehicle was found parked along the highway on the shoulder, which is prohibited for safety reasons. The area is well signes with "No parking" and "No stopping" signs. Additionally there is digital signage indicating that "parking along the curbs may lead to an $85 fine". These digital signs are located along every highway entrance leading into the terminal.

  I received a notice in the mail for a violation on Saturday May 20th at 1:46. I was not in Toronto that day. The photo that was provided online was a different vehicle from the one I own. I have left multiple messages ** **** ** * ******** ***** I plan to fight this as this is completely untrue
