    They hand out free trials like candy with the promise of cancel anytime. "Cancel my subscription" button leads to a page where the only options are "Keep my subscription" or "Switch to new subscription". ********* ******** *********

    I was given a deal, but one month I noticed that they took out double payments. I looked back on my banking statements, and they took out double payments 4 times last year. I called them on it and they didn’t even acknowledge it. I told them I wanted all my money back. She said she can only give that months back, which never happened.
    Now they are calling me everyday, trying to give me a deal.
    I finally answered and I told them how dare they call me and I don’t want nothing to do with them, ever.
    Oh, when I tried to cancel it, they wouldn’t let me. It took me 2 phone calls and I had to actually swear to tell them to end it.
    Never again.

    Terrible. I’ve tried everything to get this Cancelled. And they keep offering deals. Took payments without my authorization and won’t refund me. Telling me I have an active radio and I don’t. Never again!!

    I cancelled my service three months ago, was charged for the service after the three month free trial and spent a great deal of time on the phone with this company trying to recancel my service. They repeatedly tried to get me to continue, even after I repeatedly said I wasn't interested in continuing my service with them. In the past we have had many phone calls from this company trying to get us to subscribe, even after I have asked them to take us off of their calling list. I am DONE with Sirius XM!

    ***** ******** Where to even start? ..
    My son got an ****** ****. He had got one of the trial offers for a dollar I believe it was. He has never used the service so I went to cancel it before I was charged. The online chat will NOT let you send messages..
    So I called in and was asked 478 questions as to why I wanted to cancel it. I explain, I don't have Sirius in my vehicle. Only an **** that's never used. Somehow he talked me into accepting a new offer that came with a free car gadget that streams Sirius at no cost!
    "It will arrive in 7-10 days."
    Days went by, I called again before im charged a second time.. Agent said I need to pay for the gadget.. I explained the original conversation.. Low and behold..
    "it will arrive in 7-10 days".
    Finally nearing my next charge, I call A THIRD TIME!. Lady said
    "****** **** HAS IT DELAYED".
    5 minutes later after explaining that all I wanted to do was CANCEL THIS ******* THING and she said "oh it's because you need to make a payment for the subscription" (I already did when I was waiting and waiting). She said the stereo I wanted came with a 1-year contract and a bill of $18 a month vs the original offer of $10 a month with a free gadget.. ***! She then said.. My month won't be charged due to the hassle. ***. I was already charged tho and im being asked to pay AGAIN for a subscription I originally wanted to just cancel before anything is shipped and before I was charged! (I NEVER ASKED FOR THE ******* STEREO)
    Needless to say. I didn't get the gadget, I paid for a subscription I never used and only wanted to cancel the ******* thing.
    * ****** ********* *** ******* **** ***** ****** ** **** **** ** **** *** **** *** *****. I told her to get her supervisor to listen to the **** calls. I can't imagine if a person with zero intelligence was in this position, they would be waiting and paying.
    **** ***** *** **** *** **** **** *** *** ****** * ******* ************.
    I'll be disputing these charges with my bank.

    Upsetting! I closed my account 6-9 months ago after finding out they were still billing me when I was not getting radio. I gave them my credit card to cover the year that I didn't get radio as he told me I was supposed to call to cancel. Fair enough but crap customer service. 6 months later I randomly received a charge for $9.45 on my credit card with no invoice or notice. I called and he said it was a late payment from my last subscription.... after 10 minutes trying to figure things out he let me know that he would "credit" my closed account the $9.45 . I asked if he could credit back my credit card as my account was closed because I don't use it and he said no. So I have a credit of $9.45 on a service I literally haven't used in years. * ***** **** ** ********** ****** **** ******** **********

    Sirius XM ********** *** without permission, managed to charge my husbands credit card for renewal on my account which was a seperate account that I always paid for with my own personal credit card, completely separate from my husbands account or credit card.
    So they had 2 completely separate accounts that they joined without permission and charged his credit card with a renewal fee of 196.00 to a car that was NEVER associated with his credit card or email address!
    Once we realized this had occurred, I phoned Sirius XM and they offered a partial refund and wanted to charge a cancellation fee of 14.00 on top of that!!! I asked to speak to a supervisor, and the person I spoke with said they were all busy. In the end, she refunded the full amount and did not charge the cancellation fee. I can't believe after ********* charging another persons card, they didn't even try to make the situation correct right from the start.
    For now they have agreed to credit the card back (in 3-5 business days) and waived the cancel fee. I have requested a call back from the Supervisor and that the person who merged the 2 accounts to be reported to the supervisor as I see this as an illegal transaction.
    I have always had to phone in to get a lower price than auto renew price and see this business as one that doesn't value good relationships or good business practice.

    Sirius XM guardian took my money for a service that was never provided. They couldn't get it to activate and said they don't give refunds. After several phone calls they agreed to return the money. After a month or so they said they could not return it to the credit card. They said the were mailing the refund. After a couple more months, they said there was an issue and mailed another refund. Apparently there has been three letters sent out and none received. Now when I call they can't find my account, some excuse about changes in the system. This has been ongoing since November 19, 2021. These companies should be held accountable for the ********** practices. *** **** ****** **** **** ****** *** *** ****** ***** *****. The charge is only $18.99 and really not worth this hassle. So how many other people feel the same way and have given up fighting.
