    ********** would NOT recommend this service to anyone they charge your credit card for vehicles you haven't owned for years!!
    NO customer service was told will call back in 10 minutes 3 days ago!
    Was with them for decades used to be a good thing. On my ****** car they suspended service 2 years ago on the radio however I'm still paying for it, whats that all about,they didn't have an answer for me, Oh we will re-connect it the man on the phone said, for free for 2 years?

    For the cost of Sirius XM its too expensive to enjoy.

    I got the service as a discount trial. The content was fine. Nothing too exciting. Definitely not worth the cost at full price.
    I went to cancel but they made it as difficult as they could to do so. You can change your subscription type online but they don't let you cancel online. First you have to navigate their help page to find out that they only accept cancellations if you call their customer service line. When you finally get through to an operator he tries to give a sales pitch for alternative services and you have to fight him to just cancel. Very negative experience. I guess they know that they only way to keep customers is to make cancelling as annoying as possible.

    This company refuses to cancel my subscription.
    I have been calling them every month to cancel and they keep charging me for a service which I do not want.
    Every single time I call, they would give me a different obstacle or task to complete or new question to answer before they cancel. Questions that they seem to know that I will have no answer for.
    Those free trials are not really free trials because they ask you for payment information (so easy to subscribe) which they keep on file for as long as they want.

    ******** company with horrible customer service. They will charge anyone anywhere between $5 to $25 a month for a satellite signal and they never take an responsibility for their mistakes, will not provide refunds, will not provide any helpful customer service. ******** ******* ** *** ******** ***** **** *** *** ****** *** *** ******* ******* ******* **** ******** ********

    Renewed contract, resets to channel zero when vehicle starts up after being parked. Radio resets to am when restarting in morning. Have all presets to cirius but starts broadcasting am channel, not even listed in favourite channels. Did not happen in last four years, when renewed could not tell that things have changed. FRUSTRATING, will consider canceling when comes up for renewal!! No with the frustration or resetting.

    Sirius xm sent me a defective stereo “boombox”. I call to get the antenna replaced. Months later antenna didn’t arrive. Xm wouldn’t take it back. I canceled my service and will never return. Very disappointing.

    I was in a month to month plan with a promotional rate. The person who signed me up confirmed multiple times that I could cancel at any time.
    I was not satisfied by the repeat of same artists on SiriusXM and wanted to cancel my subscription.
    When I called to cancel (there is no option to cancel online, but interestingly there is an option to upgrade) the woman refused to cancel my service saying I was locked in until January 2024. I told her to pull the recordings from the first calls (because they say they record calls) and verify that the person who signed me up said I could cancel at any time.
    She would not listen to me and instead kept trying to upgrade me.
    This had to be the most volatile conversation I have ever had with a company, to the point of yelling.
    I then realized they did not have my new credit card information. My credit card on file was expiring this month. I just hung up the phone
    This company will be reported to the CRTC.
    This is obviously a common issue with them

    Hi there, the reason I'm doing this review is, I needed to temporarily suspend my account due to an unexpected occurrence. Online there is an description saying I can suspend my account up to 6 months only once per calendar year. After speaking with a CSR, I was informed I could not suspend my account for 3 months. I was forced to cancel my subscription and to me made no sense. They just lost a valued paying customer. Sirius xm should remove the temporary pause online as it is not honored.

    **** **** * ******** ** ****** ** ***** ******* I am highly disappointed about a simple matter that could have been resolved. I will say that an amazing Rep by the name of AZIZ ARFAOUI tried everything to resolve this situation but unfortunately he was unable to. So I am sad to say Sirius XM has lost a good customer! Thank you AZIZ ARFAOUI for trying!
