      Horrible customer service.Facing.network outage.when i called it was told my phone having issue and now i changed my phone amd took new phone through virgin.Still facing same issue.Talked to customer service and they said tower issue.
      Talked to executive team and told to cancel the service.I have phone and they asking to pay off the phone and cancel the promotion.very frusturating

      I’ve been using virgin home internet for 2 years now paying $55 after taxes with speeds of 25. I went to change addresses just to learn that my speed will be lowered to 5 but the price will be going up to $70 plus taxes etc. It’s bad business.       Their customer service has taken a nose dive .
      Virgin plus used to have the best customer service once upon a time. It's awful now. Almost torturous. They don't help you, don't try to resolve your problem, don't help you with connecting to the loyalty department or don't even let you speak to a manager.
      It's just super bad. I recommended virgin to my friends when it was better with service. I'm embarrassed now to mention it.

      * **** * ***** **** **** **** ** ***** ****** They disconnected my internet by mistake for a week and after many phone calls and staying on hold for hours, they did nothing to fix it. The only way to get internet was to move to another company.

      Incredibly disappointed, made my payment through online banking after having to spend 10mins on hold getting the account number (because they don't give you the full act number on your bill), they turned my services off and told me next time to pay with a credit card.
      Worst part these ***** start your billing cycle from the day you place your order not when you get the phone and actually activate it. *** ******

      Their namesake is deceiving. **** **** ********** ***** ***. I’ve had 2 technicians come to install, spent over 1.5 hours on the phone with their call centre, and had to go to the Virgin Mobile store in my city, all for this internet to not work. I’ve cancelled my service, and the individual I was speaking with (when I cancelled) was clearly following a script. No customer service support beyond a sales script. **** ** ***** *** I am sure I will have charges to dispute with my bank. * **** * ***** **** * *** *******

      Horrible experience. They basically **** ** ** to get me to switch to virgin plus, they told me that they had PVR recording which was a must for us in order to move to them. When the technician came and installed I asked about recording and told me that capability was not there. I immediately cancelled and now they are trying to collect installation costs from me. **** *** * ***** *** can’t seem to speak to anyone with knowledge or who can address this. . It is outrageous and now they sent balance to collection agency. ** *** **** *** ****** **** ******** ******** ******* *** ******

      Worst service ever!!!
      But looks normal for huge companies protecting from above and no one from us can do anything!!
      Since July trying to figure it out their mistakes..
      Phone calls again and again spending hours.
      When I'm still waiting for a copy through mail to understand why I have to pay again after my last Final bill paid already.
      When THEY told me no worries you don't have to pay until you get the copy, thought everything is Ok. But my credit score went to **** bcs they filed a missing payment!!!

      The worst thing I have done in a few years is getting Virgin plus, I have had it now for about five months and I am canceling it this week and going to a reliable provider. If you need help they send you to the Philippines, good luck if you get someone you can understand.

      3 day service that was the 3 worst day of my life and now they bill me 113$ for service that was canceled on 3rd day because the service was worst ***** **** ** ** **** * **** ***** **** *** ** ** **** ****** **** ** **** ******
