      Virgin plus is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. They send us a bill, even though we canceled 2 days before the contract was legally binding. We canceled because of unsatisfactory service. They deal with ** ******, which did not return the phone and they blame us. Never deal with either of these companies. We try to talk on the phone with them and the woman, keeps cutting me off by not listening and being impolite. I lost it. Never again with those 2 companies.

      Virgin Plus service is the worst ever, got charged for device that I didn't receive. Keep ******* **** about the cancellation process. Activate the device on their own. Worst experience ever.

      The worse experience in my life. Ordered a phone in Nov 2022 and havent got it yet and every time I call them I got a stupid response that it takes 5 days to contact their warehouse. Im canceling this.

      ******** ******** ***** ** ** ********* *** **** **** ****** Their packages are overpriced and their customer service is absolute crap. 2 lines on the same account, 1 phone died and I tried to cancel the associated number but keep the phone and add it to the primary number. Kept getting hung up on for months. They refused to cancel the 2nd line making me pay 2 full lines at over 160/math for less than 15g data on BOTH lines!! Absolutely ludicrous!! Definitely top 5 worse cellphone provider.

      Multiple customer service workers have told me that they get punished if they help customers by issuing refunds. This means they would rather hang up on customers than help them if they require a refund. I’ve been lied to about supervisor names and employee numbers, and things were promised that they failed to document in their notes. I feel bad for the employees as it feels ********* to punish them for helping customers, which is what they are hired to do. I finally cancelled my service and I feel like I am free of a terrible burden. I spent over 8 hours on the phone trying to resolve an issue. * ***** *** ********* **** ********

      ***** **** ***** ******* *** ******** * ***** ****** **** **** ***** ******** I wasted my 110$ on this company and the customer service is another disaster.
      I switched from post paid to pre paid and bought annual plan with this company for 100$. The rep said that you have 400 call minutes to call province wide and in actual, it was good for local (city wide). And now i am stuck because i have to call outside city and this sim is useless to me. When I called the customer services, they apologized and said that they cant do anything. But guess what i have lost 110$ on this company for reason and this rep is not even accepting his fault and miscommunication. They hire very young boys and girls and they even dont give them proper training and then we (customers) suffer and the company only says, “OH, WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE THAT HAS CAUSED TO YOU”
      But you guys earned 110$ **** **** *****. I have just closed my 2 sims with them. Ridiculous company!

      .I am really dissatisfied with the service provided by virgin.There is ongoing issue with network.It was told that my phone having issue thats why getting connection issue.As a result i upgraded my phone to ****** through virgin but network issue remains same irrespective of switching phones.I have been contacting virgin help but everytime they keep sayng network outage and last two bills i got some rebate on bill.Now its really annoying im not getting any solution from your end and keeps ongoing.
      Right now there is no solution from your end.They are saying to cancel service but then you been asked to upgrade my phone.
      Already send multiple emails to executive team but no response from them.one of them talked to asked me to cancel service which is horrible

      Terrible customer service. They will sneakily keep your bill exclusively on the website accruing additional charges until you log in and see it. They dont make it easy to set up autopay. They've also charged me random fees when getting a new phone. Absolute terrible company.

      They are a horrible company, they have what they like to call roam sweet roam which is a service that they add to all services, so basically if you’re out of country, your charged for $15.00 for 500mb when using the service, what they fail to mention is that if you receive a call or text message that you don’t answer, your charged. **** * *** ** ***** ***** **** ******* *** * **** *****. **** ****** ** ******** *** ****** ** **** *** **** **** ** *******. When you contact them, they try to justify this to you, and refuse to give you a credit. ** *** *** **** ******** **** *** ********
