      There are two reasons I'm leaving this review as two stars:
      1- I had an awful customer experience when I called to cancel my account. The guy who responded to me was a bit rude.
      2- They shipped my Sim card and didn't even wait for the Sim card to arrive and get activated to charge me 35 dollars. I don't care if this is common practice or not, this one just left a bad taste in my mouth.
      To be fair, they canceled my account without hassle (minus the rudeness) which is why I'm leaving three stars instead of one.

      Wanted to port from virgin to ******* and was heache
      Virgin spent an hour on phone and told to go to store
      Store told me to call helpline
      Worse part is staff don't transfer to manager or provide their name

      I consider Virgin Plus to be a highly disreputable company. I had a plan where my phone was paid for with the monthly services charges. Sixteen months after the phone had been paid off, they continued to charge me $40/month for the phone. They had made no effort to inform me when the phone was paid off. When I contacted them, they claimed it was all part of the "plan," and since I hadn't changed the plan they continued to charge me the phone amount, to a total of $640 overpayment. **** ** ******** *********

      They kept charging the monthly fees through my pre authorized payment for 5 months, the bill went to my spam email and when I realized that and called them again to cancel the service they wouldn't return what they owed me.

      I never had such a terrible experience. I was called and offered a special deal - a 100 Mbps plan with a 50% discount for the whole year. I accepted it but for the next 2 months, I was charged full price. I contacted customer support and they helped to fix it. While I was waiting, the man was telling me about their offers on TV plans, which I just ignored as I do not use TV much. In 5 minutes I get an email telling me that my plan got updated (the discount for the internet was applied) and guess what? I also got a TV plan for 35$ THAT I NEVER ASKED FOR.
      While I spent 1 hour of my time to finally get my discount applied to the account, I now have to spend another 30 minutes trying to cancel something I never asked for.

      Terrible service. Everyone who works for virgin doesn’t understand English or clarify any issues you have. $50 charge for suspension. Poor customer service support. **** *** ***** ****** ******** ***** *** *** ***** **** **** ******* *******. You have to give a deposit and they cap your account and if you go over without notice disconnected and no payment options. ** **** ***** **********

      Worst customer service. ***** *** ***** ****** ** ****** *** **** ******* ***** ****** **** *** ** *** *** *** *** ********** *** ***** ***. Ended up hating the ew ****** ***** * and *** ***. Returned by mail. Warehouse lost one phone. Was originally told it would take 3-8 business days to get cleared to pick new phones. Ended up taking over 1 month then the company revewed my partners contract on a phone which was paid off. We decided to switch to ***** and If we wouldn't have called that day we would have been refused due to the "new contract". Was told multiple times over recorded calls that we will reviewed a credit of 1024.80 even showed up on the account. Called to confirm atleast 5 times and everything was good. Still ended up getting charged for phones we did not have the following month. Randomly checked my old virgin account to see why the credit has not arrived after the 28 days they said it would. Turns out they upped out bill to 1195.51$. Since we aren't virgin customers we got no notification of that change. Would have been sent to collections and absolutely screwed our credit. The representative still made us pay 100$ even though we were supposed to be credited for the extra phone charges we didn't have and the credits we were supposed to get for tha taxes we paid on the phone. Threatened us to send it to collections. ***** ****** **** **** *******. We've made over 25 calls to them from Feb 2023 to end of April 2023. All for their mess ups and no compensation, no proper explanation for losing the phone in the warehouse, as to why he got added on a new contract, why the 1000$ + which was confirmed 5 times was not issued and why it got added as a charge instead and on top of it all they were going to charge a penatly fee for cancelling a conttact we did not authorize them to give. ******** ******* ** * ********

      ******** , i got charged 100dolars extra for overcharge my data becasue they are application is slow to update it.. so i didint know and some REASON after they blocked my data first they charged 50bucks, but then for some reason they charge again ANOTHER 50BUCKS... **** ** *** ***** ****** ******** * **** **** ** ** ****...my plan is 50dolars mothly, but now i am gonna pay 150 dolars because i used 21 gb istead of 20gb... **** ** * **** *** i am still lock out of internet and then they tell me why dont u just purchase another 8gb for 50bucks... **** ** ***** ******** ********** *********

      I have spent days with the worst customer experience I have ever had. * **** ** **** **** ******** ***** ***** **** ** ***** I was told when I activated I was only approved for bring your own device (credit related this is on me) later I asked if I can trade in 2 phone towards a new phone. They said no ( that fine policy ) the rep said if I payed 200 deposit I could get a device (removal of spending cap,) so I went to store. They said they can't help I would have to pay 200 deposit though accounts receivable via credit card. So I spoke to a supervisor to confirmed if I pay 200 I can upgrade. A few days later I called and spoke to accounts receivable who before they took payment confirmed again if I payed the 200 deposit I can get a device. I said I heard something about 90 period. They said I could go today. So I went to mall and they said nope not till sept. I called in again and they wouldn't help. So I asked for the 200 deposit back as I would not have done it if I couldn't get the phone. They said 20 days to get my money reversed. I said not acceptable. They say the to put me I to a cooking period. I pushed till they said I would get it in 3-5 days. Just the worst customer experience. I will be leaving this ****** company once I see money back on credit card.

      Well I have never experienced anything like this before!!
      BEEN A LOYAL MEMBER for 10 years. And paying $110 per month for ONE PHONE on a contract for 2 year term. Getting 30 GB of data.
      Have a friend who just became a MEMBER!!
      He has TWO PHONES on a 2 year term contract with 50GB on EACH LINE and pays $117 per month.
      I call VIRGIN PLUS as a 10 YEAR MEMBER ( A PLUS MEMBER)!! To see why iam paying almost the same for ONE LINE AND 70 GB LESS OF DATA!
      The response I got from the CARE TEAM!! *** *** **** **** ******  Was they can’t honour that package to me.
      So my response was that I will cancel my phone today!!
      The VIRGIN CARE MEMBER pretty much told me that there was nothing they would offer me to keep me as a member. * ***** **** **** ****** *** *** ** ***** *** *** * *** ** **** **** **** ** **** ** ******* * **** **** **** **** ** *** **** *** **** ***** *** ** *** ******* **** *** ** ******** *** ***** **** ****** *** **** ** ** *** ******** *** **** ******
