    My dealing with this company started on Oct 30, 2024, I called the company to request for service on my washer that is not turning on, and they promised to send a technician the following day.On Oct 31, 2024, the technician came to my home to check the washer. He opened the washer and to troubleshoot the issue. At the end, the diagnosis provided was that the washer is not working due to the damaged display board and damaged harness. He told me that these two components/ items will need to be replaced and the washer will work. So he provided invoice of $950.56.I then provided a cheque for the invoice. The technician came on November 11, to work on the washer but nothing was done as he mentioned that he left the harness in their office.On November *******, the technician came again to work on the washer, after working on it, he told me that the washer would still not work due to some other parts that were damaged that he did not discover during the first diagnosis. He mentioned that the mainboard is probably damaged and some other component that would need to be replaced. So he mentioned that it would be better buying a new washer instead of fixing the washer. He told me that the washer can not be fixed due to the component might not be available anymore. So he will inform his office to provide a refund due to his misdiagnosing the issue.Yesterday, and also today I called the business office asking for my refund but they keep telling me that they would not provide a refund as the components were already replaced, which is not true.I told them that the fault is on their part as the problem was misdiagnosed which made me to commit my money for the repair. My washer has not been working for more than one month. Any help to get my refund would be appreciated.

    I got in touch with the company, they repeatedly said they will not provide a refund.

    On 09/03/2024 the stove stopped working and we looked up this business and we called them and scheduled a appt and they arrived and they stated that we need to change the mother board on stove and the total amount would $2141.35 and that would include parts and labor. Then on 09/18/2024 they installed the mother board and quickly tested it and left. Shortly after they left my wife started to prepared dinner and the stove was not working. We called them and they came back on 09/19/2024 the tech looked at the stove and the tech stated that the glass top needed to be changed and that amount would be $1428.32. That time I asked what happens if this does not work and he informed me that they would refund me the full amount of $3569.67. So, the glass top was installed and that did not work. So, he took the mother board and glass top to the shop. They informed me that they are working on it. This has been going on for over a month. I spoke with them yesterday and they informed me that they were not going to refund anything. This has been going on for almost two months. I would like to be refunded in the amount of $3569.67

    The business made me purchase all these parts, they took the parts to the lab and informed me that that everything was working but when they returned with the parts my stove is still not working.  They also informed me that they would refund me the money and then they turned around and stated that they would not refund me my money.  Then they stated that we needed to purchase another part in the amount of $1800.00 but this is more than the stove. Invoice number ****** that is were the technician wrote that the company will refund our money back.
