Terrible. I think this company is a scam. Charged me exorbitant costs for a washing machine repair and new part I never saw (I feel ashamed for not being more vigilant). Dont use credit cards (cash or debit) so I doubt I can get my money backand worst of all, the washing machine is still not fixed. I feel sick after working with this company.

Gas stove not heating. Service technician came on same day as called. Appeared professional and after checking stove explained why oven not heating. Apparently the bake igniter was faulty. I agreed to go ahead and order part. With service call, labour and cost of part, total came to over $700.00. Told that by end of week it would be replaced. I trusted the company. Well, after numerous delays on technicians part the final straw came when technician did not show at scheduled appointment nor did I receive a call. After speaking with a relative I came to the conclusion that I had been scammed. ****** of this company! After threatening the company with filing complaint with BBB and local police I was told I would receive a partial refund. Will see. I am still going to follow through with ************ not use this company.

My 7 yr old dishwasher required repair so I contacted what I believed was a a certified Bosch repair team (see attached). They advised that it would cost would be $90 in order to assess them problem. That cost jumped the just over $300 once they got here and then $885.40 to actually fix the issue. They replaced the heat pump and alternator for $278.85 which didn't correct the problem. So they replaced the circulation motor for an additional $493.54 . Total cost after taxes was $885. We were told that that the work and parts were warranted for 1 year. After less then 6 months the same problem occured and we were told that it would cost $80 to assess the problem and if it was the same they would "help us" resolve the problem but more cost might apply. At this point it more feasible to purchase a new Bosch dishwasher, which we did. After this experience I investigated the "A team Appliance repair team" and found that the BBB rate them an very poor F and they have many poor reviews on Reddit even though they seemed to have a 5 star on ******. This was fishy to me so I left a 1 star review with ****** which they seem to hijack and turn it into 5 stars. Bottom line is The A Team is not an scammers and are NOT an authorized Bosch repair company as they claimed.

I had an A TEAM APPLIANCE repair tech over (June 3rd 2025), he told me my washer would needed a rotation system adjustment which would cost $290.00 to fix it and if he found any part that might be worn he would let me know. So after 15 minutes he said the rotation system adjustment was done and that I would need to replace the spider arm for $512.80 (part only) and replace the drum assembly for $737.18 (part only) plus installation and taxes ( he did not even pull out the washer) which means he billed me for a rotation service which does not fit anything at all. He should have been honest and quoted me the true cost to repair the Washer and not lead me to believe that the **************** would get the washer working. So for a total cost of $288.15 (after a seniors discount) the washer is the same state as it was when I call for service. And I had to tell him 3 times that I did not what to continue.

When I called to come look at my washing machine they told me it was an $80 service call. Upon showing up the technician told me it was $300 to check the machine as it needs to handled like their "maintenance package". I was at work and told him to go forward with it.
20 minutes later, he calls me back and let's me know the part needed is north of $700. I told him not to order it as the machine is roughly 10 years old. My wife paid and he left.
I came home and my machine was in worse condition then I left it. Not only that but in the wash basket there was oil and grease from him putting the machine back together. This took me around 45 minutes to clean.
I called the company and they said that it is considered labor and they don't refund for labor. I explained this wasn't labor. It was leaving the machine in the same state as they found it. She insisted it was labor. She offered me a discount on the part if I chose to order it, after I expressed to her I wasn't going to order the part.
Please be aware of this company. I read reviews and felt I did my research but I didn't ask enough questions nor was anything of this explained during my initial call.
I thought it was strange they only take cash or debit but I assumed they wanted to stay away from the service charges from credit card vendors. I now assume they don't accept credit cards due to insurance as the card companies can revoke/reimburse payments due to fraudulent issues.
All in all just a bad company

My washer is not working and I called this company. I was told that a technician will check and give quotation. If it cost too much and I dont want to repair, I will pay $80 for the service. I agreed. A guy came and he said I need to pay $290 for diagnostic test to open the washer. Plus I have to pay the cost of parts if broken. He said I work for ******* and this is the policy. Luckily I did not fall into his trap. I called company customer service to explain the situation and they demand me to pay $80 and said we will send you to collections if you refused to pay. I paid $80 at least the guy came but for nothing. Later I paid $100 for a private technician. He came to check and told me that the washer is severely broken and not worth repairing. Be cautious of using this company for service! They are not helpful and only want your money

Had a Bosch Dishwasher that stopped working with code E17. Looked on line and it indicated the main reason would be a blocked filter or worst case scenario would require a replacement inlet valve.Contacted The Appliance Repair Team. They arrived promptly, however when they noted the spray arm had fallen off the bottom of the machine, I asked it that was creating the problem to which the tech indicated no. However, if I increase the fee to more than three times the service call I can have it working before I leave. So I agreed for him to proceed. Other then pulling out the machine and looking at the intake, and testing the electrical, that was all that was done. Then he proceeded to quote for a valve and housing, which was 80% of the cost of a new machine. So I indicated I wanted to think about it.I tested the machine once the tech had left and it worked fine with no errors.I thought about it over night and decided to just replace the valve, as I am on a well and this should allow more live out of the machine. When I called there seemed to be no issue with this request until they quoted the cost of the part which was higher then what the tech had quoted. It was indicated they had to contact the tech, and all of a sudden it changed to I have to do both the valve and housing quoted, or they would not do anything. I declined.I found this interesting as when I read their Terms and Conditions on the back of the agreement point 2 clearly states "Any recommendations made by are not mandatory any actions based on or taken by Customer are at the sole discretion and financial responsibility of the Customer."

Do not use them. They came to fix my dishwasher and stated it was 2 parts and would only be 2-3 business days to repair. They took my payment by check, cashed it and it has been 2 months of me continuously calling them and repeatedly stating one part was on back order and it would be 2 weeks. Now they are stating it will be 6 months. Complete scam and will not refund me as they have ordered the parts.

Dont use this company!! They attended my home 5 times and still werent able to repair my dryer. When I asked for my $1500 back, they basically said Too bad too sad We already installed the parts. They then had the nerve to ask me for more money to buy additional parts. Its been the worse experience *** ever had using a repair company
