  Verdun is a very well-organized company. We needed to have 5 windows replaced. From the representative ***** to the installers (******* and helper), everything was done efficiently and on schedule as was promised and the finished product looks fantastic! Their 25-year warranty (which can even be transferred to the new house owners should I move) provides peace of mind. In a world where it is hard to trust big companies due to all the various scams, Verdun is one company that actually does what it says it's going to do, and at the time it says they will do it. Very impressed! I would not hesitate to call on this company again and am already recommending them to everyone I know! Thanks Verdun!!

  Had 2 new, badly needed exterior doors installed yesterday. Excellent experience all around. The installer, *********, showed up as scheduled fully aware of the job at hand and fully equipped. Friendly and personable, he explained what he was here to do and then efficiently, professionally and in a very timely manner got everything done with not a speck of mess left behind. Very happy with my experience.

  I recently had new windows and a front door installed by Verdun, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Dzianis and **** led the installation crews, and they both did an outstanding job. The entire project was nearly completed in just one day, with everything done efficiently and professionally.Although I had to wait a few extra weeks for the front door, the service and sales teams were amazing. They worked hard to expedite the delivery and were great to work with throughout the process.   In 2022, I had my windows replaced by Verdun Windows. When receiving a quote, there was no pressure just the options available for my budget were presented. Once I decided to go with Verdun (a local business) the work was scheduled. Just recently, I had an issue with one of my casement windows not fully opening. It simply took 1 phone call and an appointment was scheduled. The service technician, arrived on time and quickly determined and resolved the issue. The 25-year warranty is wonderful, offing peace of mind.I am so pleased not only with my new windows, but also the service I have received. If you are considering replacing your windows, I highly recommend Verdun Windows.

  Verdun's service was quick and efficient. Their sales person visited to give us a quote and the information she provided was helpful and clear. The manufacturing time was only three weeks. (We ordered in August.) The installation crew, **** and ******, arrived promptly and worked efficiently to install the windows with minimal disruption to our household. They finished with a thorough clean-up and an opportunity to inspect their work and ask questions.We are happy with the windows and Verdun's service. Thank You
