5 stars***** K I had a new front door installed today by Verdun Windows and Doors. The entire process from our first meeting with the sales representative the scheduling our installation date and finally dealing with the installers was a trouble free pleasant process. The removal of the old door and installation of the new door went smoothly. Any minor adjustments encountered in this type of installation were handled promptly and efficiently. The installation team was courteous, informative and did a wonderful job of cleaning up at the end of the job. I have used Verdun Windows and Doors on previous renovations and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. We are very pleased with the final result and impressed with how it has modernized the front entrance and curb appeal.

1 starThe sales consultant was professional and helpful with all the options available that would fit my budget. I ended going with six new windows and two new doors.The appointment for installatio was booked for between 7am and 9 am. Which was perfect as I had plans later in the day. They didnt show up till noon. The installers showed me their work order stating that they were suppose to arrive around noon. So I was lied too from the start. I unfortunately had to leave before the job was done as I had plans made. I came home the next day to a huge mess in the house. Upon further inspections all windows had oily film that wouldnt come off. After some more investigation I found multiple issues with the windows All windows were extremely dirty. Two screens had holes in them. Multiple outside window pieces finish was peeling off. Broken lock latches found also. The assembly quality of the windows is very disappointing for such a reputable company. Screens are pressed in a diagonal instead of up and down. Weatherstripping tearing off due to poor window fitment within the frame. Window screeching while opening dude to poor fit. I had to take more time off work for a tech to come look at all my issues. I couldnt be more happy with the technician. He was very helpful and understanding. But again i shouldnt have to even deal with this as the job should have been done right the first time. Now I have to take another full day off of work for them to repair the issues. I wouldnt never recommend this company to anyone. And regret my purchase. The quality of the product is mediocre for the price.Verdun Windows and Doors

5 starsExcellent experience from the sales staff to customer service to the installers. All staff were professional and courteous, honest and helpful, and kept us up to date on our window order without us having to inquire. They even contacted us earlier than expected to say they had an opening available the next day for installation due to a cancellation. The Installers were very professional and cleaned up everything perfectly before they left. They were also sure to demonstrate the door features. 5 starsVerdun was our choice after an unsatisfactory experience with an Orleans vendor. The tear out of the old bow windows went quickly. The installation of the new windows was done with care and attention to detail. ****** and **** showed us the proper operation of the cranks and screen removal.
