3 starsIt took close to 8-9 months to get our windows and they told us 6 months. After 6 months we started inquiring and they kept saying soon. When they finally came to our home, they couldnt do the job because the workers said the window was too high and they didnt have the proper equipment. Interesting because we paid for a boom lift as a part of our contract because the salesman said we would need it. Our install was rescheduled for the following week when a lovely team came to do the job. We are still missing the window ******** weeks later but in the end we got 4 windows.

4 starsWe ordered in March 2022 with an expected delivery and installation in August or September. In the summer and fall we tried to get an update on the delivery and the company and salesman were giving excuses and not clear answers. Finally when we again followed up they were able to install our new front door but still had no date for the windows. In December we reached out again and finally got most of our new windows installed, although the bay window has to wait until the new year. The company had production issues but they still should have made more effort to keep us up to date with their progress.As for the windows installation we were very satisfied with the efficiency and service provided by ****** and his crew. We hope that his crew will be installing the bay window in the new year.Verdun Windows and Doors

5 starsWe just had our new windows installed and they look great. The finish is very good and the installation was done quickly and professionally. The windows were measured and ordered in the spring and our sales rep **************************************** promised they would be installed before winter and they just made it. We are very pleased with the product and are looking forward to a winter where our windows are no longer drafty and foggy and we can actually see outside. Good job!!Verdun Windows and Doors

5 starsIt was close to 40 weeks for our front door to arrive, but the sales person had warned us it would probably be 35 weeks, so not too much longer and the delay had nothing to do with Verdun, but the American manufacturer. The Verdun staff were great, helpful and got a date for installation established quickly once the door did arrive. They called to say the door was in on November 29th and were able to complete the installation on December 2. A special shout out to our installer **** who was professional, efficient, and helpful. 5 starsI had ordered 6 windows, and had two separate installation dates. I was extremely disappointed with my first 5 windows. I would have given a zero to one star. I asked for single sliders and ended up with double sliders with half screens. So when the window panes slid open, I have a screen on one side and can put my hand through the window on the other side. There were quality issues with the windows. For example, bug screen was installed with gaps that bugs can go through holes. The window panes can slide back and forth in the casement when in shut position. I was very puzzled why I had to turn up the heat in my house after the new windows were installed. I used an infrared thermometer and was shocked to learn that the window frame and my walls have a temperature difference about 4 to 5 degree celcius - colder, in certain areas. The new windows were draftier than my old ones! I was not a happy camper. Thank goodness they sent ***** over to service the windows. He listened to my concerns and worked on each window as I pointed the areas that had issues. He resolved everything that I had asked. I give him 5 stars for his patience, his service and knowledge to fixing the issues.On my second window installation, which was scheduled before *****'s service call, I was very pleased with ***** and ******* service. I told them about the water leak from the old window to the ground floor. When they put in the new window, they went above and beyond to make sure that I would not have water leak issues again. They were very patient and knowledgeable with answering my questions and concerns. They were careful to cover the surrounding and worked very well as a team. ***** to *****, ***** and ***** for your excellent customer service that earned ********************** the 5 stars from one star. I am enjoying my windows and have turned my heat back down again. :)Verdun Windows and Doors

1 starI saw red flags right after we tried to close the deal with salesperson, but I ignored and move on. My mistake...Jan 2022 - order completed, deposit done Feb 2022 - changes in the order suggested by sales Jun 2022 - I had asked about the invoice Jul 2022 - paid the rest of the invoice - prepare everything for the new installation - removed previous window treatment - first attempt to install 3 windows - bed sheet was placed as my temporary window treatment Aug 2022 - second attempt to install 3 windows Sep 2022 - 3 windows installed - 1 window had frosted glass instead of clear glass - top molding from the largest window missing - previous window treatment does not fit. - because top molding is missing, I cannot install a proper window treatment Oct 2022 - bought some window treatment but it did not fit because of the missing top molding. Nov 2022 - top molding installation failed - technician did not know about the clear glass for the other window In summary, it has been 6 months that my main living room window still has a bed sheet as window treatment and 3 months without top molding. Birthdays, Thanksgiving and now Christmas with an unfinished window.I wish I could be back on time.Verdun Windows and Doors
