5 starsHonestly, I love the Brown Bear for their quality, and thorough attention to detail. I always know I am going to get good communication and constant shipping updates with tracking and packaged mailed neatly. The women's ballet flats ( with sole ) are my saving ****** I usually have two pairs on the go, one I wear out of the home and one newer pair for indoors. I do get compliments while out and like I tell the ladies they feel like a second skin. I have neuropathy in my feet and they feel good on my feet. 5 starsThe Little Brown Bear is an exceptional and thankfully legitimate company. I was a little worried at first as the deal on the boots I wanted was too good to be true. Nobody could come close to their price. Not only did I get the boots I wanted, I received them in short order and in perfect, boxed condition. Lastly, I received a nice thank you note from them. They asked how my boots were fitting and if Im enjoying my purchase. Who does that now days!!! All I can say is WOW. I highly recommend The Little Brown Bear.Review fromLina G

5 starsI cant say enough good about the people at The Brown Bear. I had ordered some heel protectors and they were too big. ******** told me to send them back to see what they could come up with. So I sent her a sample of a cheap heel protector I usually use. She made me one just to try and hand sewed it. It looked like it came originally. Im still waiting for their distributor to send me the new ones they are revamping. You cant go wrong buying from them. Thanks so much to all who have helped me.Review fromLynn F
