I ordered an earthing mat and after thoroughly testing it found it to be defective, the item does not provide a connection to ground. After contacting customer service they told me I was unable to return the unused product as it is a personal use item. I recommend buying from a more honest reputable seller.

Hi *******,As mentioned before, if you want to discuss the possibility of an exception to return your order, we need you to stop hastily posting bad reviews all over the place based on incorrect information. As mentioned before, our products are not defective and we are not scammers. You simply don't want to set aside what you "know" to be true. This is not an electrical product and cannot be judged as so. We have had this problem with another person in the past, and they, too, had an electrical background. Once they understood that the two are not related, they were able to understand that the product/cord(s) are not defective. Despite our return policy being clear about items that are non-returnable, we do make exceptions from time to time. That being said, exceptions are made for people who ask nicely.Review fromKathy E
