If your business is open from 9 to 5, you will never be able to receive a delivery to your business. Upon calling customer service to request them to rewrote the package to their store for me to pick up, they’re unable to do this. After reviewing your order, we found that the courier selected unfortunately does not deliver to business addresses, as they are unable to guarantee delivery within specific business hours. This restriction — noted on our website under the courier information before Checkout — is in place due to the unpredictable nature of delivery schedules. We completely understand how disappointing and inconvenient this has been for you. We also regret that we’re unable to reroute packages once they’ve been shipped, as we rely on third-party couriers who may have limited flexibility with delivery adjustments.       Absolute horrible service and treatment!!!! Bought $200 winter boots and only worn 5 months last winter and 1.5 months this current winter. Was guaranteed by Customer Service if an in store Manager approves defect and makes the acception to exchange then they would accept the 6 week expired warranty. Altogether it took 3.5 hours on the phone, in 2 stores and 4 different Customer Service reps (giving false info). All calls are recorded and they refused to here to verify what I was told and guaranteed. I was denied....and when I found a Manager, trained in "Defective product" detection and told she would exchange them. As she entered my info and reciept #, I was told Head Office put a note refusing the exchange to be done. 5 in store customers observed my boots and agreed they were worn BUT in great condition and that $200 boots should not have the damage that has occurred into the second winter. I did appreciate a couple of in store workers but Customer Service *** *** ******* are horrible. I have never felt so ********** *** ************* embarrassed and disregarded while shopping my entire life.

      SoftMoc states: Free Shipping & Returns On Every Purchase; that's false! I returned a pair of sandals because they were too big, and they reduced the shipping fee. How do you say Free Shipping & Returns On Every Purchase? They charged me for shipping and they reduced it when I returned them to the store. ** ******* **** *** ******** **** ******* *******

      My package was delivered yesterday at 7:29 and there was a picture taken And I went down at 8:20, but the package was not there evidently it was stolen And when I called the company to try to see if they could do anything, I was told that I am liable because I did not leave delivery instructions for them to knock or ring the doorbell. I would think that it would be human decency that if you’re taking the time to take a photo, you could take the one second to knock or press my doorbell to prevent things like this from happening. I have been shopping at this company for years Spending thousands of dollars on all sorts of different footwear for my family. I have been a loyal customer from my end, but they could care two hoots about being loyal to their customers. This whole ordeal could have been avoided if the courier just had common decency to knock or ring the doorbell. You’re telling me that a company this size cannot have some kind of contingency plan when things are stolen and just write it off. I will be shopping at other companies for my footwear from this day on. Also, they should consider changing their courier service.

      My order was delivered to the wrong address. Within hours of receiving notifications that my package was supposedly delivered I was on the live chat trying to find this package. I submitted proof of my house which did not match the house they delivered too. I received one email stating within next business day I would receive a response....guess what... ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!For over a week still nothing no response what so ever...this was a gift...I get it... mistakes happen but to blanlently ignore your customers who keep you in business is wrong...I have been more stressed about you not responding than over my purchase that I am going out today to the Mall to find another gift for Christmas....

      Horrible customer service experience. Website was experiencing difficulties and could not process orders. I was charged for a purchase that did not go through. I called customer service and the merchant confirmed that the order had not gone through, so I purchased shoes elsewhere. 4 days later, SoftMoc has charged my credit card and is refusing to reverse the charges. They say item has been shipped by UPS, however I have zero reference for any purchase, no email confirmation, nothing. I asked for refund, as this was SoftMoc's error. Customer Service representatives have refused to help. The assistant manager refused to refund and refused to transfer me to a manager at my request. Honestly, worst customer service experience of my life. Having to pursue other avenues for reimbursement. I have zero product, zero proof or email of any order going through, but have been charged $150. ***** ** ******** ***** ******

      **** ***** **** ******* **** * ***** Bought a pair of shoes for work so my feet wouldn't be so sore after 8 hours. Had to take them off three times during a 5 hours shift. They don't even look like they were worn and they refused to do anything about it .I was told that I should try 'cleaning them up and trying a different location ' * ***** **** ****** ***** ** **** now I'm out $109 and am stuck with shoes no one wants

      I purchased 3 pairs of adult sized **** that were $134.99 and said 1 tax as they were for my twins who are 14 and their friend also 14. The lady working at the St.Vital location told me these are a luxury item and therefore I needed to pay tax on them.       Exchange asked for as leather pulled away from cork on side of *********** sandals which are 2 months…was told “wear and tear” and that I should have sealed the cork on the sandal as it looked like it got wet ! Was told to go and get a second opinion at another store !! Was told nothing would can be done for me …wear and tear Head office rep and Supervisor both regurgitated the same message to me as the Manager at the store…and said they could not override the Managers decisions ….at least all on same “******* page”…would not even accept a photo of the issue on the sandal…said it had to be seen….it was !!! Paid 169$ (or more) plus tax They are 2 months old…my last pair lasted 4 years !!!!

      These sandals were approximately 4 months old…and NOT cheap….the tread is NOT worn down …my concern was that he leather strap was pulling away from the side of the shoe I did not walk through rivers of water..if caught in a rain storm was I supposed to take then off and carry them !!!! My perspective was that they would have been replaced , I am sure that SoftMoc just could have “sent them back” as defective …and replaced free of charge
