      ** **** ** ****** ** *********** **** *** went into Softmac store and waited until 1 of 3 people behind counter moved after I asked if someone was working . The lady said yes I asked her to cone and serve us finally she came and I gave her the shoe I wanted to look at she threw the shoe into a box and went to get my size . 10 minutes later she came out with shoes. Not very good with customers *** **** **** * I will never go into that store again *** **** ** ******* ** ******** **** *** *

      I have had no problems with SoftMoc online orders, although I have to exchange a pair of *****'s wide because they are too large. However, I have had a lot of discomfort with the ********* ****** store. Service is really bad. *** ****** ***** **** *** ******  It is stressful shopping there.

      Ordered a pair of ******** shoes from ****** but shipped from sofmoc. They were too big & sofmoc informed me that I need to pay return shipping or I could return/exchange at my nearest sofmoc retail store. When I went to the store I was informed that they do not accept exchanges or refunds so after driving an hour each way I was out not only the cost of the shoes but also the cost of gas to be told they wouldn’t allow the return or exchange. Very disappointed in sofmoc return policy & will no longer be purchasing from them.

      I recently bought ** **** a pair of *********** slides *** *** ********. Unfortunately I got the wrong size so she took them back to the store.When she got them she simply tried them on never wore them they still have the tags attached.The girl working at the store told her she is not taking them back because they have been worn.She tried them on only never even walked in them the bottom has no scratches or wear, the rag is still on them.If anyone knows anything about ************ there is a mold up near the toes to make your feet more comfortable, the "manager" said that you can feel where the toes have worn into the shoe. It was the manager that sold them to me and denied it until she found out the conversation was being recorded. I asked her if people try shoes on everyday she told me sometimes. * **** *** ************ ******** *** **** ** ******* ** ** **** *** *** *** *** **** ************ ** **** ******** ******** ******** We have shop there plenty in the past but definitely lost our business

      We are writing to address the complaint that your order was not received and we would not offer a refund or a reship. When an order is delivered and not received, we are happy to launch an investigation with our courier regarding the missing package. Unfortunately, your package is showing delivered in September of 2023 and we were not contacted regarding this missing package until late January 2024. Since there were 4 months between the delivery and you reporting this missing package, we are unable to launch an investigation with the courier. According to the tracking number provided to you and the GPS location of the driver at the time of delivery, this package was successfully delivered to the address provided within the order. Proof of delivery photos are also provided within the tracking for you to view. Should you experience a missing package in future, kindly reach out to us as soon as possible to ensure an efficient investigation can be issued via the courier.

If you are not able to provide an estimated date, why do you advertise 1-day delivery and promote this?       After reviewing your order details, I did note that your order shipped Express ***. *** and ***** are both companies that we do ship with however, *** Express estimates a 1 -2 day shipping timeframe once the order has been processed for shipping by our Teams (within 48 -72 hours of the order being received). This information is available to view both on our website as well as in the shipping confirmation email sent to the email included within the order. I do see your order was processed within 48 hours of being received and delivered within 24 hours. This order was received within the time frames both SoftMoc and the courier projected. We do hope you love your new boots! At SoftMoc, we certainly have stores that any customer is welcome to shop in! We offer 130+ stores across Canada including 3 Warehouse Outlet locations.       I attended thelocation yesterday to pick up, thinking it would be a moment but after 20ish minutes, the staff couldn't find them. I still thought maybe this was due to the evidently new stock stacked beside the register they were dealing with.
      Fine, I figured I could go today.
      Again, with the exact same staff and same scenario. After several minutes I asked why they weren't available if I selected the same day pick up from that STORE. The staff called management and said "sometimes that just happens "
      So, I explain that I purchased these for a wedding, tomorrow (and I actually didn't make any other preparations since I was certain I would collect these)
      She returns to the back and after several more minutes, she returns with a size 9w. I try them and they are a bit short but given the situation, I said I would take them. Instead, they both were at the computer, for some reason trying to figure out how I could take this pair- *** *** ** ****** *** ***** ******** ******* ***** ******* ****** *** ** ***** *** ******** ** ** ** ***** *** **** * ******* **** ******* **** *** *** ****** ** *** ** ***** **** ******** they got on the phone and several more minutes passed before they asked if I could wait another 5 minutes while they await the management to arrive. I advise that I can't as my son (getting married) just arrived from out of town and is waiting at my door *** ** **** ***** *** * **** ** ******* ** *** *** **** ***** ******* **** * ****** ** **** ** ****** ** ** ******* *** ********* ** **** **** ***** **** *** ********* *** **** ***** *** I've found your customer service, particularly this location since an apparent change in ownership/management, has declined significantly. To the point that I prefer to order online from competitors to avoid having to interact with "service " that has difficulty communicating properly.
      I am beyond disappointed.

      I recently had an issue with a return to the store of unsatisfactory merchandise. My initial contact with the store was not productive, however, SoftMoc Customer Care was completely responsive, and resolved the issue 100% to my satisfaction. They were efficient and helpful on a timely basis.

      Their points system is a fail there staff l*** *** said I used my points yet I showed a email she sat their amd typed a bunch in the computer took my points and said I used them they had a pair of moccasins on for 67.99 and with my 10 off In points I would of paid 57.99 for a pair of black suede black fur moccasins a deal as far as I was concerned then she realized and wouldn't sell them to me she said they didn't have them after trying to Sell a pair for 112.00 **** * *** *** I said those aren't what I wanted long story short I left without moccasins
