      From start to finish it was seamless. Jerry was so helpful with our choices, and his crew was amazing. We had new windows installed in out entire house, as well as a new patio door. I get so many compliments on our windows and the difference is heating/cooling is very noticeable. I would recommend Consumers Direct every single time. Thank you for an amazing experience.

      Had a great front to back experience getting kitchen bay window replaced. Much appreciated the customer service. Was very impressed by the installation team and very pleased with the product. Overall a very good experience.

      Consumer Direct was wonderful to work with. We replaced 8 windows and 2 exterior doors. From the initial walk through with Dennis and choosing our products, to the final installation, we could not have been happier. The sales team was great to handle all of our requests and questions. The installation team were courteousand professional, kept a clean worksite, and showed clear pride in their work. We would recommend working with Consumer Direct in a heartbeat.

      Its our first time customer with Consumer Direct Windows and Doors. We have a great customer service experience and installation of our Window. All employees who made the quoation, measurements and installation were friendly and very professional. I love how the window looks and the measurement were very accurate. They also made sure that everything including framing looks good and intact. Their employees provided attention to detail, listened to what we wanted and needed, made a sound recommendations. They also cleaned up after all the work has been done. We are very satisfied customer and are looking forward to doing continued business with Consumer Direct Windows and Doors due to their high quality product line, and customer service.
