      Im extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and customer service at this store. I paid off my credit balance over two years ago, yet its still being reported as unpaid on my Equifax credit report. Ive called multiple times, and every time Ive been told the issue would be resolved, but nothing has changed. All I get are vague assurances and no actual follow up. This is beyond frustrating, its actively hurting my credit for something that is clearly their mistake.

      We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.  We have sent multiple updates to Equifax to report your correct account information, however, it can take a few months for it to be updated on their end.





      As a second option, you can ask Equifax to send us a request for an account update, which we will fill out and send back to them same day.  This process does seem to be a little quicker.





      Again, sorry for the inconvenience and we hope to get this rectified for your soon.

      Bought couch and loveseat in April 2024. Dec 2nd i called tepperman's becuz my loveseat broke. It took over a month to get someone to come look at it. The frame is busted which I knew. **** said he couldn't fix and someone would call..no one called I had to call to c what was happening with my loveseat..was told parts r being ordered and will get called when they come in to set day for tech to come fix. So my 1st call to them like I said was dec 2nd and feb 14th 2025 is when they r coming to fix it...this is totally unacceptable. We have no choice but to sit on it and now the cushion is deformed ?? . Boycott tepperman's at all costs. Horrible service. If I could leave 0 stars I would but it won't let me so I put 1 star keeping in mind it's really ZERO

      Our fridge (2 years old) was giving us problems, and since we had purchased an extended warranty for it, we called that company and they sent someone out. He told us it needed a new compressor which would take a month to arrive. We waited that time, he came and put it in and the next morning the fridge still wasnt working. He was out 3 more times and couldnt fix it. We were told we would get a new fridge. Two months later, today, after many trips to Teppermans in Windsor and several phone calls , our new fridge finally arrived. However, they refused to take the old fridge which is now sitting in our driveway. My kitchen floor is scratched, and we have a fridge in our driveway. Really not impressed. Having said that, the one salesman we dealt with at the store (***) was kind and tried his best to do what he could to help. But the warranty department is not worth the money and we are not at all impressed by the delivery guys.

      Purchased a Amana washer and dryer in 2019. It has broken down over 5x and it just broke last week. Called Teppermans with my complaints and was told they will do nothing about it. So I’m writing my review. I have been a customer for 20 yrs. I will not be purchasing anything from them again. To be a customer for that long and the business not do do anything. I don’t want anyone to go through what I’m going through. I’m a single mom who has to keep going to laundry Matt and spending more money plus taking care of my elderly mom. I will not purchase another item from them again.

      Horrible customer service. Bought a sectional online, and after unwrapping it, saw the poor quality. called the next morning to have it exchanged or a refund and was told they have no return policy. I have to keep the item. Ridiculous for something purchased online where I cannot see the quality before. They didn't even try to help or come up with a solution. Their lack of care for the customers is unfathomable

      They have been unprofessional and have given my elderly neighbor nothing but the run around. They ruined the flooring when they installed the new washer and dryer. Brand new floor. Have taken months to finally agree to pay for the damages. Then they tell her she can go pick it up only to then have customer service tell her no they have to mail it. On top of that, the washer has had nothing but problems from the start. She's had 5 repair men go in only to do either nothing or make the washer worst. This has been going on for 3 months. She knows what is wrong but the men don't want to listen. They've practically changed almost every part and it keeps getting worse. They need to step up and give her a brand machine!       I bought a Hisense TV and the quality is bad. I want to return it and pick out a Samsung TV. I went there to get a Samsung. The tepperman's ad says a Hisense is a Samsung TV. The ad was misleading. They won't let me return it. This was their fault and I don't think i should be stuck with their junk

      The worst customer service . Bought a fridge while still in warranty it stopped working called teppermans who relayed me to offshore company, who are a nightmare to deal with very bad English communication skills. I then asked teppermans for help, and guess what they could not care less. Teppermans do not fix or repair or look after the people that purchase fridges and such from them. It’s now three weeks and still no answers to our problem. I wonder if the owner of teppermans would go without a fridge for three weeks, and further still it never once mentions how well they treat customers in this situation in any of their advertising literature which they still send to my house. My advice is if you read this article never buy anything from teppermans.

      I’m upset I bought a stove I complained about it I called Tepperman and then called ******* ******* did not come out or nothing warranty ran out found out I have extended warranty well I’m still trying to have it replaced when I cook my food it’s raw at the bottom and done on top he came today put a new part in yeah burned my homemade pizza on top and still not cooked on bottom so I called them the service guy called me back I told him he said well there’s nothing more I can do for you I’m like replace my oven that what extended warranty is for can’t fix it replace it now I have to go without a oven till I can afford a new one again that’s fair to me and I buy a lot from teppermans and this is how I get treated

      I bought furniture of cost $2605 and they sent me the defective pieces. I sent the pictures of defects and their customer care offered me either certain amount or replace with other furniture from the store. I checked the store and all furniture was either costlier or not good quality. I talked to customer care department manager and she said either take offered money otherwise forgot it. From my pronunciation, they noticed that the caller in non white so talked rudely and they knew that he can't heart them because I might be not know the consumer rule and regulations. They are right I am cheated and I don't how to proceed further because I am stupid consumer who signed the terms and condition. I won't recommend anyone to buy from the Tepperman's store particularly furniture..
