  We purchased a chest bed in October 2021, we were given an April arrival date, our chest bed did not come in till beginning of July, but we understood that the supply chain had been problematic for Tepperman’s so stayed patient.
  I was given a delivery date of August 5th which was literally pushing this must have bed for our daughters wedding that was a week away, which I had explained to the sales man and delivery office. When the truck arrived they had the wrong bed on the truck so I refused delivery, The delivery truck took the bed back and left me calling the Windsor and Chatham store, where the bed was purchased trying to see when the bed I ordered would be delivered. After a very frustrating two days, the Chatham store promised to have my bed to me the day before our daughters wedding. It arrived on the said day, but again was the wrong bed! I had to talk again to customer service to explain that I need my bed as our company was arriving the next morning and I need the sleeping space! After getting upset with the service department they agreed to leave the wrong bed and expedite the correct bed out to me! I call today to get my new delivery date and was told it would not arrive for another 2 weeks! I was offered 100 dollars after telling them I would never recommend or purchase from Tepperman’s again, I told them to keep their money and I will hold true to my word, no more sales from me or our family from Tepperman’s!

  I know this might be odd, but I just found a Teppermans sticker under the leather chair I bought there. I was under the impression that it was Canadian made, but on the sticker, it had the p.o. Number and manufacturers date and then made in China. The leather chair and my current sofa were consolations for the special order sofa and chair that wouldn't fit in my small door. I had to pay the fee to exchange the custom order since they were special orders. My other couch was much less but they tacked on a cleaning service fee, which I'm not even sure I'll be able to get if and when I ask for it. Anyway, I waited for months for both my special order and current couch/chair. After finding the sticker under my chair, I guess I know why now. It's highly probable that I won't shop at Teppermans in the future.
