      Below are emails dating back to the order of July 6, 2022 for $54.50. I'll add that there are no longer any knives from the manufacturer of the knife I ordered.

      It is now past your four week window, and over seven weeks since the order was placed (which showed available when ordered). Please advise status today. If I don’t get an appropriate response today I feel I’ll have no choice but to take this to the Better Business Bureau, and/or have the credit card company reverse the charge that you made without even having the item to ship.       On monday 22/08/2022 I ordered a coffee machine (**** ******** **) for the amount of 1947.75 spoke to the customer service about how much time it would take to get as i'm moving next week and I was kind in a hurry so the lady reassure me that they would ship on either the same day or the next day wich gave us enough time so I can receive it before moving the next Friday. On Wednesday 24/08/22 I sent an email asking about an ETA or if they can change the address of shipping at least but nobody answered. The next day tried to contact them to cancel the order as I cannot afford to have the machine sent to my old address and still no answer. The problem at this point is they hold my 2000$ but cannot get them to answer at all after reading review it did not give me the impression that I'm gonna fix that up myself by being civilized. I understand my situation is tricky and that it was my choice to take the bet but at least if they would have answered I would not file any complaint

      December 6 I ordered and was charged for 4 LSA beer tankards for $167.96 ( 176.35 with tax). Eventually I received 3. I inquired again this week and requested a refund of the balance outstanding as I am doubtful I will ever receive the final one . I have made two requests and have had no refund or reply of any kind. Prior to asking for a refund my emails were answered promptly.

      I placed an order with cookstore.ca on Thursday August 11th. The order was placed using my email address [email protected].
      Items totalling $207.66 CAD.

      Hello, we see that your order was received August 11th and on Sunday, August 13th you sent in 9 emails requesting the order to be refunded however we are not open on weekends and received your 9 requests on Monday morning.
