      I placed an order 2022-11-03. The amount was for $157.45. I have not received any information regarding my order. I do not have any email to indicate the order was ready, for shipping. This was to be for Christmas presents. I am out of this money, and that is dishonest to do this to others. They just took everyone's money.

      There was a time Cookstore.ca was my "go-to" for kitchen shopping. I am quite disgusted to lean that I have been deceived and my trust has been misplaced. The website is down and no one answers the phone. I am apparently out $300 for 2 orders. One was partially filled, and the other was not. The money feels crappy of course and I'd like a refund, but I am more disgusted that I was lied to for weeks that the orders were "delayed" and it seems that they were just buying time so that customers with open orders would lose their recourse through credit card companies after ~100 days. That was news to me. ** *** *********** *** ****** ****. I'm even more disappointed that they are a Canadian company. Where is your pride?

      Order #****** for $110.00 since September. Emailed the company 10 times and never got a response. Also their phone number doesn't divert properly. Terrible business. Lost hard earned money.

      I saw it, I liked it, I bought it, I never received it. No contact, no answer, ghosted from company. No reply emails, no phone pick ups. Nothing.

      Clearly the company was knowingly accepting funds knowing orders would not be fulfilled. Suggest filing a complaint with the police and not the BBB. That’s what I intend to do.

      Placed an order on December 3 2022, paid $244. on credit card. No order received, e-mails to them have been unanswered, their telephone mail-box is full; seems like with all other customers, i've been suckered...
