Then when you contact them they only respond until you present your case entirely. Then nothing. Complete silence, no response. ******** ********

    I order on ******** from *******************.com which then sent it to reciclar factory. l ordered three large(130-165lb) loose fitting tank tops. That’s the size I always wear I am 130 pounds. I didn’t see the sizing chart and didn’t read return policy. I received the tops way to small. Tried to return or exchange they had me send pictures of the measurements and was told that was the right measurements for a large which was bust 28 in. Was told if defective I could return but no this is what you ordered and can’t return or exchange. They said I could give them away and if I wanted to order a different size they would give me free shipping again. I am out $65.98 for tops I can’t wear not loose fitting but skin tight. There measurements seems to be for teens. Not for women. ***** ***** **** **** **** **** **** **** ******

    Ordered and paid for a mini-vacuum that had very little suction..tried to return, but returning product to Canada cost nearly as much as the vacuum!     ***** ******** The items I ordered showed the picture of it on the receipt, however, the items I received were different. Similar, but different. They refuse to acknowledge what they sent me is not what is pictured on the receipt and what I ordered. I had to file a dispute. They asked for the items be returned to get a refund and would not pay for the shipping. It cost me $24.50 to ship the items to Canada. If I ever get a refund, I will receive less than half of the cost of my order once I deduct the cost of shipping. The amount of time spent emailing back and forth, filing a dispute, waiting in line for 45 minutes at the post office, etc. is exhausting and frustrating! The items sent were horrible quality and nothing like what was advertised. ** *** ***** **** ******** ******** ****** ******* ** ******* *** **** ****

    This company ran an ad to sell swim rompers on *********. I bought a set of two rompers. I made sure when ordering that they allowed returns as swimwear can have strict return guidelines. After trying on the item, it fit on bottom, but not on top. So I reached out to have a return. I was informed that I bought the wrong size and that their item is correct and free from defect and that I am stuck with the item. The website doesn't even have the rompers listed anymore. It is just a glassware company. When they shared with me their website link to the return policy, it was to a different website altogether that still didn't have rompers available for sale. **** ** * **** *** ******* **** ******** I am so disappointed. I would be happy to pay return shipping.

    **** *******. Sent defective bird feeders that were supposed to be squirrel proof and spin. Looks like ad was copy from a legitimate site and used in their ad. Asked for refund and return. It will cost me about the same price I paid to return it. ** *** *** **** *****
