Yet another extremely terrible business, which purposely makes sure you can never call or email anyone directly either at any local 'store' or their business headquarters. They force you to contact an offshore third party business, most likely in the phillipines. They could care less about 'their' customers. These customer service agents argue with you, tell you they cannot help you, or you discuss the problem endlessly and they cannot understand, or have the facilities, nor authority to correct the problem They charge among the highest rates for the most mediocre service available. For years, their internet service has regular interruptions, having one unable to connect online. They also have their cell phone service to where you don't regularly get phone calls, they go to message immediately and your phone never rings, then if you are lucky, you get your messages within a couple of hours, most other times - days later. They reset my father's phone when 'upgrading' his plan and erased all his prior messages and his phone didn't work for hours, said something about not recogizing his sim card. They did not explain any of this to him. Nothing on his phone stated that he needed to shut off his phone for awhile and to start over with setting up his messages, etc. Such great service! They screwed up my phone also, but only argue and say that I must enter a ************** number, yet I never have before this and never have made one up. Idiots.

I have been dealing with GCI on a business phone issue since July. My phone (which I pay insurance for) stopped working. I went into their C street office and was told I have no option but to purchase a new phone because although I paid for insurance they don't have phones available that would take less than 2 weeks to repair or replace. I am told that my case would be forwarded to the business office. I see a credit on my account and think it's taken care of... then I see a huge amount owed a few weeks later. I have spoke with 5 individuals now who have promised to credit my bill back, 2 being managers. I received a notice my bill was due and I called again to see what I needed to pay to correct this bill and make sure I am not disconnected. They just disconnected my phone. This business is a MESS. From their counters not honoring their insurance to their managers lack of communication, It's unreal. I have heard 5 times now.. we will call you back in a few days only to call myself and get no response. I plan on cancelling my entire service with them.

Would give 0. Apparently GCI doesnt spend a fraction of what theyre charging customers to even train their customer service reps based on a recent conversation with a rep when I asked a question she rudely interrupted and wouldnt let me finish. And when I asked for a supervisor she informed me she was and as someone whos worked for TOP telecommunications companies throughout the country the display or lack there of in professionalism and mannerisms tells me everything I need to know about this company. CHEERS ***** OUT OF *********. I hope you see this and someone teaches you extremely basic manners and how to speak to a person.
