Wigsis is the company that is supposedly making me my wig to wear. It has been a couple of months I believe. When I contact them about my order, they always say that it will be done within a week and they will give me a tracking number when it is shipping. I purchased a wig from WigSis on June 24, 2023. The cost of wig was $119.00 plus $10.00 shipping and handling = Total of: $129.00. This wig is not human hair as advertised and is of poor quality. I initially contacted on July 17,2023 less than a week after receiving the wig. ***** is the person communicating back and forth with me . ***** did not send the return address for the wig and continues to commit to my request for a refund. I've never worn the wig and have sent the pictures to ***** as requested. All is get is more runaround. Please assist. On 6/12/2023 I ordered a wig online via WigSis. Two weeks later, I received it and it was not the wig advertised online. It was a misrepresentation of it, false advertisement: ( wrong color, no shape or format, no curly or wavy hair in addition it did not have elastic around to hold it in place but a half bandana resembling a personal bra. In essence poorly done and poor quality. I contacted Wigsis but there is no phone available. On 6/27/23, I contacted them via email to request a return address and a refund with no success. WigSis website has some information about returns: it states not to return Merchandise without their approval or tracking number. I contacted them again on 7/4, 7/5 and 7/6. I received a response from ****** but in her response she totally ignored my concerns. She wrote multiple emails to discourage me from returning the wig. She also suggested I paid to fix it or to return it to them with additional money, paid to them, to fix it. Her last email she offered ***** as a settlement, but would not accept the return. I need your help! ****** appears to be the owner and if she wants to remain in business she must learn to accept returns or to have a FULL DISCLOSURE on the website stating WigSis does not accept returns. I want a valid address where to return the wig/merchandise and a full refund. I paid 113.00 +10.00 dollars for shipping. Total of $123.00 To this date WigSis (******)has not provided a return track number or an address to return it. I need my refund as I do not trust this business. Please advise! The wig was returned to ***** as directed by WigSis. Consumers deserve to know it costs via *** &215.00 dollars. This is almost twice as much as the cost of the wig.
I was able to get my credit back via my credit card after filing my concerns with them.
It is only fair for WigSis to post a Huge DISCLAIMER on their Website, alerting consumers that there are no returns in ***************** and that any returns to ***** via *** will cost a minimum of ******. Furthermore WigSis provide no tracking number or returned label to guarantee a credit.

I ordered a lace front human hair ********* remy hair wig on March 30, 2023 and received it on April 19, 2023 and requested a full refund by email April 21, 2023.
