Customer #: ********** ************ constantly misses my trash on pickup day. The only way that I can get them to collect my trash is to call them. Even then, sometimes it takes weeks. On multiple occasions, I have went three weeks without my trash being collected. When I call them, they just tell me that they will contact the manager of that route and put in a work order. I have no other trash collection services offered in my area. I am paying for a service and I am not receiving that service.Business Response

My garbage can has been damaged somehow, the lid is broke off along with other minor defects. I called ADSI on 2-8-24 and twice more since then. The first time I spoke with customer ********************** they said someone would be out within 10 days to repair or replace it. That would have been fine but its still not fixed and they just tell me they will send another email to that supervisor. Its been 16 business days as of this letter and I just want my can fixed, I don't care how. I decided to try BBB because they are not doing what they say they will do. I believe ADSI is the only residential waste service available to this area so I don't really have any leverage as a costumer.Business Response

We investigated ******************** complaint and found it to be valid. The regional manager contacted **************** and explained the driver error that was occurring. We have addressed the issue with the driver and **************** will receive one months credit for his inconvenience. We apologize for the confusion and will strive to do better in the future.

It has been 3 weeks since trash has been picked up in *********** *******. Trash is piling up and rumors are that AD doesnt have enough employees for the routes and there is no credit being put towards accounts for missed pick *** without a 2 day or longer prior notice phone call to AD.Business Response

This entire area was not serviced last week due to extreme weather conditions and prior to that we were getting back on schedule from the holidays. Garbage was delayed but all routes should be back on schedule by close of business 1/24.

**************** did call on 1/22 to report that we did not pick her up on 1/16 and said we had missed her twice before that.
1/16 was a snow day and we halted all routes due to unsafe driving conditions. The *********** area should be back on schedule after today.
She is correct in that her account is set up on auto pay. She will be given 1 months credit ($20.93) for submitting her complaint in a polite manner.
We apologize for her inconvenience and will strive to do better.

Garbage was not picked up in ***********. But upon asking that our bill reflect that, it was refused.I was courteous and waited, giving them a chance to pick up th garbage disposal not call until day 7 of the missed week.They said I had to call th day of or day aftr to receive credit. On Dec. 4 I ordered a 2nd can to be delivered to my household and was charged $10 for the use of that can for that month. When it didn't get delivered in the **** business days, I called and was told they issued $5 to my account for it being late. After December ended, with still no 2nd can, I was told they credited my account the $10 I was charged for the month of December. On Jan. 11 I was charged ***** for both cans witch is the total amount for 2 cans for ******** February and March. We still have not received our 2nd can and did not get credited for the amounts they claimed to give me.Business Response

We apologize to *******************. We dropped the ball on the second cart. The local manager will deliver the 2nd cart today on his way home.
She will also be credited $30 for the 2nd cart for the current quarter and regular charges for the 2nd cart will not begin until next quarter.
