  I placed an order for almost $200 with this bunch. Everything was too big. I followed their rules and used their return label, & returned through **** which cost me another $77 to return to China. The package was kept in China customs for over a month. No one picked it up, so now customs is sending me back the clothes I can't use. In a word, SCAM! Keep your money & order from reputable dealers on ******!

  Their merchandise is poor quality. Their customer service is wonderful if you are purchasing things, BUT, it is very BAD if you have a problem. I had to return 4 very bad quality items that cost $63.00. I had to pay $43.00 to return them. They advertise, returns, 30 day return policy. Yes, they take returns, but they don’t say that it will cost you a significant amount of money to return them..the deceive people y show a United States return on the packages that arrive, but if you need to return things, they have to be returned to China.
  I also got another item that arrived from the original order, and it was defective. They would have accepted a return, but it would have cost me $25 to return it. The item cost me $20, so it didn’t make send to return it. I just gave it away. They are a disaster and they don’t stand behind their merchandise.

  This company is a scam. They say they are from Texas but if you try to do a return you have to hound them for return information. When you finally get approval for a return and get a return label you have to ship it to China at your expense. You have to ship it with a tracking number which cost more. I finally gave up. It was more to return it than what I paid for my 4 pieces. The items were nothing like they were pictured and all of them were different sizes even though they all said large.

  One star is for shipping ,
  The item (dress) came in it’s lighter than shown , very thin see thru material not thick as shown I tried to do a return and online states email and order number don’t match which they do because it’s on their paper from the shipping that they sent me and then there’s no way to contact them when you try to contact them you have to enter the order number and they say it’s wrong even though it’s on their paper. This is very frustrating and now I’m out 50 something dollars for a dress that I can’t even wear or return no way to contact.

  This company is basically a scam. They use an upscale mane for low quality clothing. They dont look anything like what is pictured. If you need to return there is no other option but to ship it back on your own dime to China. My 120$ order would have cost me 80$
  They will offer a 20-25% refund if you dont want to send it back. That insane. It is likely somewhere in their policy that you need to send it back too China but when I looked at the return policy that wasnt clear.
  Dont buy from this company. You will be disappointed.

  BUYER BEWARE - EVERY REVIEW POSTED HERE IS SPOT ON
  I wanted a new dress for Easter so I purchased 3 from AnnieCloth, 2 not ANYTHING like the photos online; the 3rd is who knows where, and Easter is in a few days. Logged into website and requested RA, we'll see if they have gotten any better at that. I guess they don't have any quality standards or take pride in their products in China.

  If I could give it a zero I would. I should have checked the reviews prior to purchasing. My order took 3 weeks to get here and I’m still waiting for 2 more items. I ordered large but they fit like an xxx large. They do not look anything like the photos. In person it looks very cheap. The return policy is a joke. Do not shop here

  I think cheap Chinese products will always be CHEAP CHINESE JUNK !!! Pictures dress it up until you get it and see how cheap it is !!!! And most of the time it is EXPENSIVE to return it !!! BUY USA !!!!!

  I typically stay away from clothes from a website, but I ordered 2 dresses from Annie Cloth for our vacation. Website said Canada. These dresses are huge, don’t look like the pictures so I decided to return them. Return policy is to request MRA, but find out its to China, return and export costs at my expense… and they want pictures of how it doesn’t look like the one in the picture. Beware of this company.
