    clotches from this catalog look completely different in fact,,,their sizes are untrue...of course I wanted to return ,but it was impossible." agent" on live chat promised to send by e mail return label,,nope ,never received,,,,,

    Products were not as described or pictured. Followed original return instructions only to receive email with totally different instructions. Refused my refund request and offered me 15% cash back. They took me for $100. Avoid business with this store!

    This is a definite SCAM they lure you in with pictures of nice clothes but they are poor material and cheaply made. They make returning items difficult and you never actually get a refund.
    Please beware of their promises and advertisements....it is all a lie!

    I fell for it. Ordered a dress I want to return. No number of requests for approval to mail it back are answered and there is no one to answer the live chat link. STEER CLEAR!!!!

    These clothes are terrible. I tried to return but impossible. They include a faded out receipt that you can barely make out your order number or where to return. They include a QR Code to scan that takes you NOWHERE. They say to reach out to an email but nobody ever responds. Why are they still in business. The clothes stink and poorly sewn together. The sizes are not even close to what they are supposed to be and all the seems are off. Please shut this place down

    I just want to SPEAK to a customer service rep. Why is there not a phone number to reach them? It's obvious I'm stuck with a dress that looks nothing like the one I thought I was getting. I have two more dresses on the way because I ordered 3 plus a shirt. The shirt was just okay, one dress is on its way. I just got an email from them saying the 3rd dress would be delayed and want to know if I still wanted it. I am definitely going to cancel the order. Such a disappointment! As one of the other customer reviews stated, I wish I didn't have to give any stars to Annie Cloth.

    Their quality and likeness to pictures is very poor .cheap and nasty .wouldn't even consider buying from them and found it almost impossible to leave a review at the time .

    Omg… this company is totally a scam. The cloths are terrible and cheap. Do not fall for this. Plus it’s impossible to send anything back.

    Worst customer service ever! They use an outside service that you pay $29 the first month and $58 a month thereafter. Unbelievable that we are expected to pay for customer service. Also no way to track your packages. This is a huge issue. They have lost a customer evan though I like some of their other.
