    Thought I was getting a good product....surprise. Not only did I not receive my jacket contacting customer service for refund or switching to a different comparable item is a nightmare and totally unprofessional. I'm out 40.00 and I have no coat.

    I will not order from them again. Clothes are made of weird cheap shiny fabric. The pictures make these Clothes look cute, but they are poor quality. Trying to return something is a joke. They make it as difficult as possible so you just give up. I will just donate the clothes, and say lesson learned. Too bad!

    Purchased as Christmas gifts in October and went to return some mis-sized items to find out only returns are in 30 days. Stay away from this online rip-off company

    Sizes are way off. Bras are cheap and do not fit large breastfed woman. Got a size 10 shoe and it was 3 cm longer than advertised and they say 3 cm difference is no big deal. It is a big deal. Hard to deal with

    I placed an order for over $150.00.They clearly sent me boots that the sizes were mislabeled. The size 40 sneakers fit perfectly. The two pairs of boots labeled size 40 were at least 2 sizes to big. The boots were $26.98 each. I contacted the company and was offered either of these two options. I had the option of sending them to China for approximately $80.00 or accept a refund of $7.48 for each pair. I wasted approx. $38.00. I will never order anything from them. It was their mistake not mine. BUYER BEWARE!!

    Horrible! Ordered on 11-07-2022 still not even processed! If I cancel they get to keep 15% of my money! I have reached out to them...and they didn't offer any resolution to my problem but to wait! I'm probably going to cancel anyway! So disappointed!!

    I bought leggings and they were two large. I opted for them in medium. I told them I still wanted one of the original pair in medium. They showed me a receipt and it had Halloween leggings in November. This Just happened November 2022. I'm 61 years old what the .... would I want them!! They would not give me any discount. Felt what they did was right and I got my leggings!!!!! Whatever!!! Never understood my emails!! Believe me I was totally clear about what I said to them. 5 emails later nothing fixed. I'm sorry but if you are doing business with US at least learn to understand what we are saying!!!!! Bad business in every way!!!! Never again!!!!! Guess I'll just have to donate them. Lost 2 pair of leggings $16 a set I'm out!!!
