  Do not ever order from this company. I ordered 3 sundresses for our ******* trip in January on October ****. I never received a tracking number and never received the product and it is now November ****. I have been in contact with them numerous times and all they keep saying is they will research and get back to me in a couple of days and of course, that never happened. Today, I finally demanded a refund for my order and they informed me that they will process it and it should be completed in a couple of days. I am not holding my breath as I am sure it will take a couple more times that I will need to make contact. Now seeing all the negative reviews below, I am glad I did not receive the dresses. BEWARE!!!!!!

  I ordered two tops on this site and when I received them I was so disappointed they do not look anything like the photos on their site and when I put them on they were extremely large, fit me like a tent and the material was extremely thin. I contacted Annie cloth right away to return them and was told I would get 15% of my money back and I also would have to pay for the shipping to return them. The site is a scam and people should not order from them you will not get what you pay for, you will just be out the money you paid them for their extremely low quality merchandise.

  The delivered clothes have very inferior fabric, not resembling the catalogue. To have a good fit, order two sizes larger than you normally wear. One of the items I purchased was a pair of leggings that appeared to have a warm fabric but the actual product was a silky-like fabric that is horrible for leggings. I want to return 3 of the 4 purchased (light weight) pieces of clothing. It will cost me $60 but the shipping from China to here was $24. From now on I will only purchase clothing from China when there free returns are offered. I am so disappointed.

  There is no way to contact this company unless you do a "live chat" with individuals who could care less. Sarcastic one word answers, etc. I ordered a top that did not fit properly. The first live chat said I'd get email instructions which never came. The second live chat produced instructions to return to China, which would cost more than the product itself. So they offered a different size. I do not want a different size of the same poor quality shirt. I wanted to return the item (which they threw in they are a USA company at time of order...totally not true) and get a refund. So they offered 5% refund. I asked for 50%, being fair to both sides. They countered with 35%, which was $7. I would not order from this company EVER, as you are stuck if the product doesn't work out. ****** does sell some anniecloth so maybe that would be safer. Doesn't matter to me. I'm done with this company. Buyer beware. This is a NO STAR company. Originally the information said a date it would be mailed, which was acceptable, but after I placed the order, then that date changed to a much later time. I emailed them as that is the only other option you have, and the product had not shipped, per them, but they would not cancel the order. If you like ****** material, poor quality and zero customer service, then this is the company for you. Otherwise take my advice and shop elsewhere

  Ordered once no problem.Second order in August by October no shipments,they said they sent it.No attempted delivery at home as someone is home daily .The tracking showed it never was even delivered to this address at all. Then had to argue to even get 75 percent of money back luckily I paid with PayPal. Avoid at all cost .Buy local !

  I'm giving one stars because you can't give zero starts and I did receive some items which were terrible in quality and nothing like what was pictured on the website. Very, very low-quality material. This is a knock-off company that sells look-alike clothing that legitimate websites sell, of much better quality. This place should be shut down and called out for their awful tactics.

  Annie Cloth is cheap clothing, impossible to reach and WILL NOT refund my account AFTER returning $127.00 items to CHINA in June 2022. I have used Chat TWICE "will email with response"...this was 3 weeks ago. Can I please get assistance somehow?

  The old switcheroo: My elderly mother saw an online ad for a white v-neck pull over blouse with lacy sleeves that looked crotcheted, and ordered it...but received a different, out-dated silky cream button-up top with lace on the chest, which also had lace sleeves. Maybe we should have selected the "wrong item sent" option instead of the "different from description" option during the return process, but all we got was an email offering for 15% refund ($3) if she kept it. And they wrote that if we wanted a full refund, we had to request a return label -they warned they won't accept it any other way. We would also be responsible for paying to ship it back to China. So we dutifully emailed a 2nd time, requesting a return label. NO RESPONSE FROM SELLER

  The worst experience!!! I still haven't received all of my order. Sizes are not accurate. Quality was very poor. I bought a scarf that unraveled when I put it on.. Customer service does not get back to you. You can't track your item. Its like pulling teeth to get answers about your order.. This is definitely a dinasor in retail. Never never again!
