      OK it all started when my father ***** died he left his house to my husband and me his wife and his 2 stepdaughters but he never got a will so it's in probate court will in December 16 my husband 16 my husband died and our daughter she has never lived at this address has been turning off our services she started with the power we were able to get that one into our name before it was cut off but Bessemer utilities we can not get them to understand why we're not on the deed or why we don't have anything with our name on it we would just love to keep our water on we would pay the deposit and we would pay our bill on time oh we had another death in this house that *********************** December 16 and ************************* jan 1 2023 so that leaves me *********************** and my sister in law *********************** I hope you can help us *********************** is a diabetic type 1 and she has kidney disease

      Bessemer Utilities policy for new service states that all customers wanting to start new service should provide a deed or signed lease agreement for each property.  According to our records a lease was presented on 2/10/23 and new services were established.

      On 05/18/2022, I contacted Bessemer Utilities to inform that I wanted to finalize my water service on 05/27/2022.
      On 06/26/2022, I contacted Bessemer Utilities again to confirm that the bill that I got for the period between April 26 and May 29, 2022, was the final one and to verify the status of my deposit. The information was confirmed, and I was informed that there was a delay in the deposit refund process, but that I should be receiving it in the following 2 weeks.
      Instead of the deposit refund, I received another bill that was not supposed to be issued because my contract was finalized on 05/27/2022.
      I sent a written dispute letter to the service provider by certified mail on 08/01/2022, but until this day I have not gotten any answer and my deposit has not been reimbursed.
      I need Bessemer Utilities to fully reimburse my deposit for the total amount of $******.

      AFTER REVIEWING THE ACCOUNTS IN QUESTION THEIR WAS A ERROR MADE IN DISCONNECTION OF THE ACCOUNT.  THE ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED.  CUSTOMER SHOULD EXPECT A REFUND IN THE NEXT 15 DAYS.  OUR APOLOGIES TO THE CUSTOMER .

      I have sent Bessemer Utilities an email on their website over the years, but I never get a reply. I have recently contacted them about a credit but am having trouble with them calling me back. I emailed the supervisor, Ms. ***********, to call me and I got no return call. I left a message on her recorder to call me, and I got no return call. My wife called ******* in customer service, and she spoke with Ms. *********** and told us they will send a check. She asked ******* to call her so we will know when we will get the money. It has been several days, and we have not gotten a call.

      Can you please assist us in this matter.
