      I have been working for over 5 months to settle my ************* I have been to the branch over 5 times and provided all necessary legal documents. The bank gives me a new requirement. Note: The requirements are for the bank and they cant complete the task. Regions continues ask me to return another day. I have lost confidence and patience with Region's. Poor service. I have tried to talk about my options for just ending the relationship and they cant do that either.

      Regions decided that when I was transferring money to another account it was fraudulent. I was overseas at the time and they froze my accounts. After hours of phone calls they told me I had to go to a branch to rectify the problem. When I returned to *** 2 months later they said it had been blocked for too long and they dont know how to fix it. Another 6 months has passed and after countless hours of conversations with managers, supervisors and district managers I still can not transfer money from my account. Unfortunately I have a mortgage with them or else I would have shut this account a long time ago. Holding my money hostage while I was overseas caused me huge amounts of stress and they were completely unapologetic. Avoid this bank no matter what they offer!!!

      Applied for ************* Regions card due to promotional letter promising $ ****** cash bonus( & verbal notice at my bank)- charge $ ******* in first 90 days & receive $ ****** cash bonus. I complied with requirements, but bonus never received per promo. I called & answer was- that promo was for 4/2025. How then was the promo offered in 9/2024 then?? Very misleading& poor business practice! I will pay off card & cancel it.

      I wish that I could leave negative stars!!! Beware customer service will send you to the branch and the branch refers you back to the phone center. Today makes Day 9 with no help.

      On 2/28/25, I went to Region Bank ATM at ************************* to deposit $260 it was a check for $200 and $60 in cash. I put the money in the machine it sent it back out so I straighten it out and deposited it again the machine stated welcome to Region but didnt give me a receipt. I called the ***** number the lady said, once ****** count down they will deposit the money in my account they did 3/6th, but I received a letter stating the machine balanced and they would withdraw out of my account on 4/10th. They did and my account went into the negative. I called the branch an explain to someone name ******* he said, he would check the deposit bag and get back to me he did not so I went to the branch he was busy and the mgr told me he was informed and they would get the matter handled I waited a week called ******* back no answer on phone or email, so I returned to the branch to find out ******* is no longer there. (Strange) I tell ***** ******** my story, so he tells me he would check with ****** and check money bag again because they did find a check. I asked my boss to check to see if all my checks had cleared from Nov. - April the Jan. ***** had not which is the one thats missing check # ****. I asked for them to request the video from security, and all I hear is they normally get right back with the footage for the cops, but I assume since Im not a cop they are not concerned. I have been a loyal customer since you all were **************. I work very hard for my money and need someone to get the footage showing I made a deposit and get ****** to check the machine again. I never received a notification saying, my money ever deposited, so someone has my deposit I work to hard to give away $260. Please help to get my matter handled. Thanking you in advance.

      I applied for over draft protection after Regions kept reversing my insurance payments back even though I deposited and cleared my account. ********************** shows a red bracket that clearly says once your account is overdrawn, you have until a certain day to clear the account. My account was overdrawn by $668.99, in which the alert stated that I had until May 2, 1025, to clear the account. I did an internal transfer of $669.00 to clear the account. I check my account today and it shows that Regions reversed two of my insurance payments for insufficient funds that were deposited into the account. I called to speak with a representative who informed me that I made the internal transfer on May 1st and that the money didnt post until May 2nd. Keep in mind that this is an internal transfer. The representative first said that I had until April 30, 2025, to clear the account and then she changed the date to May 1st. The money was there to clear my account and if the system could see that the money was there then why were my payments returned? To top it off I was given a $108 returned item fees, in which the representative stated that there were no notes available to explain to me why. Once I hung up from the representative, I received a message from Regions stating that my overdraft fees were incurred from transactions made on the previous day. Need I remind you that Regions previously advised me that there was a grace ******* Regions bank has their system dictating how much per day a person can overdraft. It was explained that one day it could be $500 and the next time it can be $200 without explanation. Regions Bank is a fraudulent bank and theres no telling how many of their customers that are being charged ridiculous fees and are unable to understand their statements. Especially the Elderly!! This bank is a disgrace and will put their own unnecessary fees ahead of a customer being able to clear their bills/account. This bank needs to be audited and documented. Fraud!!!!!!

      Got Discriminated against. On April 11 at the **********************************, employees was ****** *******... contacted customer service after two weeks had to make another complaint to figure out why nobody reached out... ***** doing business with regions

      Dear Regions Bank I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the unprofessional, rude, and racially motivated service I received from ***** ******* at your ****************** branch located at ***************** on April 11, 2025. During my visit, I experienced very questionable service, being spoken to in a condescending tone after I told him he was rude, and the bottom line was that he didn't think a black man could work in a bank with a $15,000 check (with appropriate ID). He even had the nerve to ask me, "Why did the person give me the check?". The sad part is, I was going to leave a certain bank and start an account with your bank, but that will most definitely not happen now. This type of behavior was completely unacceptable and left me feeling belittled and disrespected. As a result of this poor service, I felt embarrassed, and I was left feeling unheard and disrespected. I would like to request that you address this issue by issuing a formal apology, providing further training to the employee, and letting me know how you can gain my business. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially when I was able to go to another Regions bank and cash the check.I appreciate your time and attention to this matter and look forward to hearing from you soon regarding a resolution to this issue."       This review is based specifically on the customer service representative, ******, that just assisted me. Not only was he attentive, but he was hilarious and made dealing with stressful situations very easy. 10 stars for my *** ******, find him and give him a raise because we need more like him!

      *** had an account with ********************** which was closed and still did not send any funds that was in the account. During my horrendous experience with regions a branch manager named **** at this location did a Breach of Privacy. I have recorded the call and have a copy for my lawyers record. **** did not verify my identity before talk to me about my account. Also she did state in the call that she talked to the person that opened my account regarding my funds as well. Legal action is taken as well.
