      The worst customer service. Folks who answer the phones have no clue, t*** **** *********** ***, when you online chat, **** ***. I went to activate my new card. Couldn't do it via the web, called the number, still couldn't activate it. Called customer service, Ashley said she activated my card and to cut up my other one. So I did. Guess what? Went to use the new activated card.... Didn't work. Called cs again. Spent another 45 mins on the phone. Girl comes back to tell me that Regions made a mistake with the expiration on my new card. So it's no good. Nope ..never told me, never sent a new one, nada. So Cierra says she's issuing me a new card. Asked if she could overnight it. She said no, they don't do that. Really?? Your fault and you can't do your customer a solid?
      So she says she will expedite it and will be here in 1 to 2 business days. So with that it should have been here on Wednesday, Thursday at the latest. Well....it's Sunday and still no card. *****. I need my money. I need access to it. And now....I'm going to take all my money out and hope TD bank is better. Get it together regions. Your customer service stinks and you are not "For" your customers.

      If you have a small business then I warn you do not Bank with Regions. Worst customer service, worst representatives in the branch, they don’t give a crap about your business at the Palm Beach US 1 location. It should be a crime to hold a verified check for 2 weeks.
      They made me wait to receive part of my check- gave me none of the money, held part for 3 days to receive on the 4th day and then wants to hold ***** of it for 2 weeks after the verification. We have already waited to receive money from the same company endorsed check and account. We waited and it cleared already once! So we will have to continue to wait everytime we have a check.. we are trying to run a small business that requires us to pay employees and pay for supplies for the next job. What’s worse is they don’t give a crap!! I tried to get my check back and according to them I had 7 mins to do it. I called my husband to say they were only releasing ***** to only further read that It’s going to take and additional week and a half to get that amount. So basically can’t pay employees- can’t buy supplies- can’t pay for the high gas prices to get to the jobs. Just ******d by Regions.
