      7/25/22 someone hacked my bill pay, I immediately started getting emails of added bill pays and I called they flagged my account. after driving to the branch 3 times at 102 miles round trip and 8 phone calls it is now 8/10/22 my account is still flagged for fraud. I did everything they said. fraud dept. says I must make another trip in the branch provide 2 forms of id again that is another 26 miles round trip. taking off work for the 4 time to get them to do what they should have already done. I am still without bill pay 8/10/22. i am now shopping for another bank. when i called 800regions about bill pay not working they gave the number for the one over bill pay and bill pay said still flagged for fraud activity to call back to regions fraud dept. talked to Mikey said to go to the branch again with two forms of id. i did that multiple times but evidently the Fayette al branch does not know what to do nor does 800 regions. can you please train your employees. the barns lady at Fayette has no clue what is going on but amber has actually tried to help after i called and asked for a manager but she was out, um do you not have anyone?? will regions pay all my late fees? no they wont they do not care! customer service is gone.

      Recently my mother in-law passed away and her car was financed with Regions. My husband was making all payments while we're were pending the refinance. The Branch Manager was getting everything drawn up and sent over the Executor Paperwork showing my husband as the administrator over the estate. The branch manager told us to hold up on the payment for July on 6/29 since he would be financing the car. Regions took a phone call and believed the person on the other end and the car was repossessed 2:30 am 7/19 the day we were to go in an refinance the loan. Probate wasn't informed of this nor was he. Now a week later we paid the car off an the to company will not release it. This was a total drop the ball by Regions and has cost us time from work an mental anguish. I would never bank with them on any level. Even

      I HAVE 3 ACCOUNTS AT REGIONS BANK. 2 PERSONAL AND A BUSINESS ACCOUNT. I WENT IN ON 8-1-2022 TO MAKE A DEPOSIT OF COINS. REGIONS NOW CHARGES CUSTOMERS *.00 TO MAKE A DEPOSIT OF THIS TYPE. I BELIEVE THIS TO BE WRONG. I AM LOOKING INTO OTHER BANKS.

      EnerBank came through for me, very helpful with me getting my HVAC central air system for my home, They were helpful on the phone with any question I had to ask them. I would use them again for home projects.
