      I have paid for the shipt membership. I've been using the same credit card and address. I tried to place an order but the order was cancelled. When I tried to reorder your website is telling me that 'member is inactive' with absolutely no explanation why the order didn't go through. Your customer service has been no help at all and I was told to contact a payments team, which don't have a phone number. This is absolutely preposterous! My address and credit card has remained the same since the account was opened 5-6 months ago so fraudulent activities is a bad excuse.

      As a company, Shipt always seeks to provide an exemplary member experience. We consider anything less to be unacceptable, and we definitely want to look into this further to see how we can best assist.

      We would like to express our sincerest apologies to this member for the poor experience and frustration this caused. The member’s account was flagged by Shipt’s system for unusual activity and was placed on a temporary hold. There are many reasons an account may have been flagged, and this is not an indication that there is anything wrong with the member’s account. To that end, we can confirm the member has provided verification since the filing of this complaint, and their account was reopened.

      We issued a refund today for the member’s most recent order charge of $***** to satisfy this BBB complaint. The refund should be reflected on their card's statement in the next few business days. We also emailed the member a receipt reflecting the refunds.

      ordered from ****** had a coupon of $15 of $75 order, shopper shopped and did not contact and just cancelled two items without asking for replacement . no communication whatsoever . Called shipt was on hold for a while got a rep and then was disconnected again. had to call back again,
