      I started shopping for Shipt about a month ago. As a new shopper, I was trying to learn and set my pace. Out of 50 deliveries, 5 were late. 2 of those were due to it being a day before a holiday, and the stores had low or no stock on a lot of products. I took my time assisting the customers with substitutions, so I was late delivering their orders. I filed an appeal, but it was denied within hours. 0/10 I would not recommend this company. Shipt cares more about their orders being on time, than their customers having all of their needs met if it takes a little longer. I will be telling everyone I know how they treat their shoppers, and discourage everyone from supporting this company.

      This business is a very terrible business. For over a month over a barrage of texts emails and calls, I have been trying to get paid for the delivery routes that I have performed for which they refuse to pay me for. An initial attempt to pay via direct deposit was sent to an incorrect bank account and for some reason they refuse to pay me at the correct bank even though correct information was already provided.

      Shipt use to be a great place to earn money from. Every since they hired the new ceo everything went downhill. Every order is bundled with another creating a poor customer experience. They maximize their profits by doing so and pay shoppers less. Shoppers put wear and tear on their vehicles, shoppers get the poor feedback from customers because their orders sit for hour after hour because theyre bundled. How does shipt address these issues you may ask, they hire more shoppers creating an even worse experience for the customers. ********************** once prioritized customer satisfaction over profits but thats went away. Theyre a money hungry business now that does not care about their customers.

      I had an awful experience with Shipt delivery service. They offered me a $20.00 gift card and I didn't receive. Then early this month, I get a random email saying my gift card is expiring. Since when do gift cards expire? That's new news to me. I emailed their ***************** and they didn't resolve this simple situation. They cut and paste the same regurgitated words and say thank you for letting us resolve the situation with each email, when they've done absolutely nothing to resolve the situation. It's poorly managed and not even a supervisor resolves it. They have poor customer service and no integrity. I will no longer shop with their services and they'll continue to lose customers, by their poor actions.

      If you fall below their rate numbers they fire you immediately. They do not care if it's their app that is the reason why. Or if you call customer service for help. They disable your account and then you can't get a hold of them at all. Then if they owe you money they don't pay you and there's no way to get ahold of them once they deactivate your account. You may think working for them is good but they are actually not. Trying to find a way to get the money they owe me now. Not having any luck.

      I received an order for one item went to have the barcode scanned at checkout and it did not work spent the next 45 minutes on the phone trying to figure out why it didn't work and eventually had to cancel the order and was offered $5 for my hour of time don't recommend this app to anyone

      Would leave negative stars if possible. I have had 2 dreadful experiences with Shoot and won't be using them ever again. The first issue was my order was delivered to the wrong business and they wouldn't refund me. The second was an order I placed from a hotel. I needed the items before 11 pm so I could take medication for a medical procedure in the morning. The order was not picked up even with a 50% tip. It finally got rescheduled after a chat and a phone call. The new delivery time was in the morning after my procedure, so it wouldn't work. I will be filling an official complaint.

      I'd give them a negative 1 if I could. SHIPT doesn't care about its shoppers nor understands reality because the business is ran by robots who don't care about their employees or customers. I tried to log into my account because I needed access to documents I needed to send in for unemployment. I called in but because they deactivated my account with no warning, this also meant that I couldn't call into customer service! I used another phone and got through but every time I spoke I was talked over, the customer service **** kept on reading prompts about how they CAN'T HELP then hung up on me. I asked to speak to customer complaints but they kept ignoring me.Their rating system is absolutely ridiculous and they should be shut down for the disrespect. DO NOT SIGN UP AS A SHOPPER/DRIVER OR AS A CUSTOMER!! So disappointed with the bullshit!

      Hello well my name is ***** I got in a car accident with one of their drivers on February *********************************************************************************************************************** any type of information on this case their driver ***** turned into me at a street, my car still is not fixed and Im not getting any answers from them or updates which is not only unprofessional but very upsetting for me to be waisting time in my day trying to contact them every day to get answers for them to tell me just to send another email. I did speak to someone a week ago they stated that they would send an email again to incident report in regards of my case but today I spoke to ******* from support stating they are not allowed to do that its very upsetting that Im just getting lied to 24/7 and no updates on my case not even a call or email.

      Spent almost $300 and didnt receive my stuff everytime i tried to connect with live chat they kept ending it and told me they couldnt provide me with a solution ruined my childs birthday party i waited for hours on end and only to get treated like this by losing everything i paid for and provided with no solution when i have camera footage
