      I placed an order through Best Buy to have a product brought to me using Shipt’s services since I do not currently have a car.
      I waited all day until closing before receiving a “picked up” email from Best Buy. Less than five minutes after that email I received a notification saying my order was delivered.
      My house is atleast a 20 minute drive from Best Buy so that couldn’t been possible. Checked outside and sure enough no product in sight. Double checked the address and made no mistake.
      I called the store and they confirmed for me that the product had indeed been picked up, they then told me to contact Shipt and so I did. Shipt told me they didn’t have any information on where the product was or who had it. After being told to “stand by” for over half an hour, the only thing Shipt had to say was “Contact the retailer or retailers customer support”.
      I told them that I did that already and they basically said there was nothing they could do.
      What kind of service is this? How are you not able to keep track of your own drivers?
      I highly urge everyone to avoid this service if possible, if your product goes missing you are out of luck.
      Am still trying to get this resolved from Best Buy.

      Horrible. Monthly charges for stealth account never intentionally opened, for which no welcome email was ever sent. Use of email for resolution gets automated reply falsely stating that charge is removed and account closed. Use of phone did eventually get account closed, but even then they refused to provide the account number and other information.

      Be aware of their membership service. I had no idea I was one, I don't even rememberusing them - didn't even have the app. They essentially ***** hundreds of dollars from me.
