5 starsI scrolled past this company on ****** and so glad I called. My heat went for about 2 weeks and it kept getting colder and colder out and I had had enough. Getting good customer service is rare nowadays, so when I called my expectations were very low, but to my surprise, they were very friendly and sent a tech out the same day. ******* ***** came out and was so polite, knowledgeable, and fast! I hadnt had the best experience with HVAC companies but CoolRay eased my nerves. Mr. ***** said something that made me know I had called the right company; he said I wouldnt feel right leaving you and those babies in the cold, so Ill figure the issue. I could have cried! He did just that and explained every single step as he was completing it. I am appreciative of this company for having such honest and compassionate employees. Ive never liked the pricing but it makes it easier to pay when youre treated right.Review fromJason W

CoolRay installed a new unit for me because my old one had issues every other month. The new system works great. I had to get use to how fast it can make the house warm or cool. It came with a programmable ************* power bill decreased also. Every time I have a concern, they have someone address it before the estimated time window. They are friendly too. I paid ********** $****** have my sink and kitchenplumbing reinstalled. After my new kitchen was finally finished, they called coolray to do the plumbing. Coolray then charges an additional $250 because they had to install 3 shutoff valves. That $500 for a simple reinstall. Outrageous!Comfort Dynamics

We apologize for the inconvenience and that the price was more than you were expecting. The original price was for the reconnect of the sink assuming everything was on location and ready to go. The price of $250 for the additional work and materials was done at a discounted rate since it was a job through ********** and we were already on location.
