  ******** customer service!!! They quoted me $478 and then when they called for final payment, it was almost $1100, I had no choice but to pay it because they wouldn't unload the truck without full payment. The workers intentionally work slow because they are paid per hour. A job that should have taken no more than 3 hours, charged for 6 hours. Do not believe the verbal quote, ******** response" that's just an estimate" and "you should have read the contract carefully, everything was in the contract"

  SCAMMERS!! I contracted the move of the contents of a three bedroom home with SwiftShift VanLines of *******. Our move was from central ** to **********, **, 250 miles. Very long, very ugly story later, a company named Insta Movers of Birmingham charged us $5,000 over the original price quoted!!, HOLDING US HOSTAGE IN THE PROCESS!!! ,They would not tell us what the final cost was until the truck was fully loaded, THE DAY OUR CURRENT LEASE EXPIRED AND THE DAY OUR NEW ONE BEGAN. ( Cant give you a final price until we see how much of the truck is filled, how many cubic feet will be used!) This after two detailed inventories were done of contents, yet the final result was that the cubic feet used increased from 813 cf to 1200 cf, 50% more - and our cost increased from $7600 to over $12,000, 59% over the original cost!!!BE WARNED!! THERE ARE DEFINITE REASONS WHY TRANS MOVERS HAS SO, SO MANY COMPLAINTS AND SUCH A DISMAL OVERALL RATING! THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS, PURE AND SIMPLE!! ( one star is much too much for this company!, )

  This company lost over 30 of my boxes . Also outside patio furniture. My Mom's wedding dress from 1947. Had my name and adress on it. Never got it back.They never cared when I called. Only said ir was a claims problem. They did nothing. After that they ignored my calls.I have been very sad about all that I lost ircthey stole. Who knows It has been more than three years and

  Started with Eagle Moving, then it went to Insta Movers then Relo. Price increased and most of my items arrived broken, damp and mildewed not to missing items. Have tried contacting Eagle Move with nothing resolved. Claim I have 5 more after delivery.DONT use any of these companies.May want to contact *************************, DA for ************* (**********)

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY CHARGED ME $2,000 MORE THEN MY INITIAL QUOTE TO MOVE 8 ***** !!!!! THEY REFUSED TO UNLOAD MY FURNITURE UNTIL I PAID!!! THEY ARE THIEFS!!!   Awful company! The quote they gave us was $2000 less than what we paid. It took a month to get our stuff. They lost our children's mattresses. They are making it very difficult to file a claim. **************** has been very rude trying to blame us for the company's mistake. Please save yourself the hassle and don't give this company your money.

  They charge ** $10K for the whole Delivery from xxxxxxxx, ** to xxxxxx, **. They deliver our things for a month. So many broken items and missing items.In the beginning they charge us $1,700.00. When the actual mover showed up they charge us another $4,500.00 dollars. When they deliver our belongings after 1 month they charged us another $2,800.00.DON'T TRUST INSTA MOVER.

  This is by far the worst company I have ever encountered. I paid them to move from **** to *******, and store my items for 3 months in the meantime in a climate controlled location. My mattresses were covered in mold on arrival. My 65" television was missing as were many other items. Countless items were broken. They had no accurate inventory, I had to tell them things were not mine when they tried to give me other people's items. They were days late with delivery. When I called them the day of delivery they were almost impossible to contact. Filed a claim, no compensation for my missing television, $60 for my moldy king sized mattresses. I would rather throw everything I own out then deal with this abhorrent company again. Thousands of dollars of missing and damaged property and was offered $300 in total compensation. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

  Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value They hostage my stuffs and NOT delivering it. Its more than a month now. I booked a move from ******** to ***** and my stuffs got picked up on Mar 26 and its Apr 30 and still its NOT delivered and they dont even have an estimated delivery. Its total chaos and facing worst days of my entire life. Before I sign a contract online I asked so many times that how long its going to take for delivery since I have small kid. Now me and my little kid is sleeping on the floor for a month now. ******** from *********** promised me that there is a truck going to ***** on the same weekend and I should be receiving it in the same week. Even though the contact says 14days, they mentioned its only in bad weather condition. its passed the due date on contract also now. he is not responding to emails/calls. They talk so nicely until you sign the contract online and pay the fee and after that youre screwed. These brokers transferred to insta movers without my knowledge.They showed up one day later than scheduled pickup which spoiled all my plans and also I had exactly the same number of boxes and household stuffs as mentioned in the contract I signed online and still they asked for more money during pick up. But instead of paying more money I opted take out many stuffs like King ********* dinning table and chairs and boxes etc.Dont fall trap with the many FAKE 5 star review in ******* If you look closely all the 5 star reviews are posted on the same date with no much details on it. I request all the real people suffered like me to report the fake/spam reviews so everyone knows the real sided of this company.

  I think they over charged me. i gave them a top and they were gone without saying anything and my mirror was not completed. They charged twice as mich as the quote.
