  It started with Insta Movers quoting us at $8,000. After they finished loading our belongings in the truck that total turned into $12,000. I was stunned at the change in price, and let them know I wasnt sure if I wanted to proceed, but they aggressively told me that its all loaded up. I reluctantly signed feeling that they used my things as leverage.Fast forward to us receiving what was left of our belongings. The Driver arrived with only one mover to help. He then stood in our front yard for half an hour on the phone. I then found out he was on ********** trying to hire local help with no moving experienceAfter he couldnt find any help he got very irritated. He stated that he had 2 more deliveries to make that day and he needed to get back to his daughter for her birthday. He saw that I was in shape and said feel free to help.So there I was hauling things out of the moving truck after paying them my life savings with just one other mover helping me. The driver had disappeared in his truck for hours after helping move a few items.As if this wasnt a nightmare enough, every item we were hauling in was broken in someway. Couch, nightstands, dressers, bookshelves, fridge, grill, exercise equipment, and much more destroyed.Then when we were unloading my exercise bike down the truck ramp the mover made a quick adjustment without letting me know (he didnt speak English well) I then pulled a muscle in my back.After we unloaded all the things the driver aggressively rushed us through all the contacts. I made a claim the next day for all the broken items and us being overcharged for the services we received. We then waited 3 months to hear back from CSI their claims department to find out they want to pay $490 for every that happened. I refused and they then sent an updated amount of $590. Its crazy that this is an actual business. My wife and I have been working tirelessly trying to recoup our losses from this. My back is still injured.

  Insta Movers is the company who i am filing a complaint about. I was threatened that I would not get my things after 1 month of delays. I was without all of my belongings for 1 whole month! The driver told me i owed him **** more dollars to my surprise upon delivery and when delivered the drive unloaded all my things on the side of the road. Hired a homeless man for $300 to unload my things in the house while he sat there. Even worse my things came out of the truck muddy, wet ,and broken. I lost valuable items such as my couch, my college diploma, and many expensive shoes in which were destroyed. Towards the end the drive left the homeless person in my house by himself and drove of. I have several pictures to show the damage. If i could give this company negative stars it would be more fitting.

  Ditto to everything everyone else has said. Very poor customer service. Cannot get an answer as to when our items will be delivered. I did not hire this company- they were subcontracted by the mover I hired.

  Worst experience with moving. They arrived late to pick up my stuff and did not notify me. They took over 30 days to deliver my items. When they did, half of the things were moving and many items were broken or damaged beyond repair! Anytime I tried to call them about delivery, they did not pick up and never told me when my items would come. Calling them about damaged good and missing items was even worse. I had to get a lawyer involved in order to get them to treat me seriously.
  Terrible company that should not be used by anyone.
