      RUN DONT WALK AWAY FROM THIS FIRM!!!. Hands down the worst attorneys you could hire. From the case mangers to the attorneys are horrible at communication. My case manger was **** *. She is the absolute worst at returning calls and when you finally talk to her she tells you she "will into that ****** and I will get back to you" which she ****** does. I informed her I needed my case to be settled ASAP since I haven't been able to work due to injuries from accident and my bulls are piling up. She then stated dont worry *** we have up to 2yrs to settle. I informed her that I was on the verge of being evicted and needed to settle rather quickly. She informed me she would follow up with attorney and get back to me (which she never did). I called her weekly to check the status of my settlement or updates all to which she hardly ever call me back. I would have to call her supervisor ******* to which she never answered the phone or voicemails. I then would have to call ******* supervisor which is ****** at corporate. This was the routine every time i trued to get an update on my case. Its very exhausting and should never have to get to that point as a client whos been in a car accident who cant work due to injuries, dont have a car and bills piling up but then also to have to call 3 different people to just check the status of your accident case. Then when you finally seek another firm since this firm couldnt communicate with you the client they get upset and *****. They put a lein on your case causing a delay to settling your case. If they could of just do what they state they can do for you " We Go To War for You" which is ludicrous because they actually go to war against you. As a client who has just been in a horrible accident with severe injuries requiring surgery,therapy and treatment to then have to seek other counsel they add to the stress. Sorry for the long review but others deserve to know what they could have to deal with chosing this firm.

      This firm is a CRA KERJACK BOX FULL OF LITTLE TOYS FOR KIDS I FILED a claim with AS IN FEBRUARY OF 2023. I SPOKE WITH THE LAWYER and was told that they would take the case , I was slammed in between the doors at *** . She said that they would have to get the video before the hospital recorded over it. Lo and behold the lawyer (****** ****) did not follow through and get the video. As a matter of fact months later, a new lawyer took over, January 2024. *** closed July of 2024. They could not help me. They had this case for 2/2023 to 7/9/2024 and no progress. DONOT USE THIS LAW FIRM. I COULD HAVE DONE BETTER.

      Do Not Use this Attorney!! First they ***************** Communications, as the months go on they start Ignoring you, NO Responses to the Text, TO Emails, or To Voice Messages! My Case Has been Drug out, have been through a Horrible Surgery and them ignoring me all these months has done nothing but add to my Stress! I don't understand why they feel they need to ignore their clients! You would think this big named attorney would do better then this! This firm is a Joke! If its not a Easy Clear Case they don't want to put in the extra work to help then they Ghost you! So Do not use them. Unless you want to be Ignored on Your Case! Find someone who actually cares! So Unprofessional!! By the way I asked them to Terminate my Contract, I will be Contacting the State Bar.

      I wouldnt give them a star if they didnt make us do so. This company is beyond unprofessional. Lawyer seemed to be annoyed by me calling or texting. His assistant was horrible. She lied and told me she was typing up a breakdown and then forgot to send it but what she sent was something from a breakdown of a predicted settlement. They got their money and I have yet to get mines or the break down. I am so overwhelmed and upset. I feel like they are scamming to get more of my money. I wouldnt encourage anyone to use them. I was hurt and been through so much already with the accident I shouldnt be treated like this by people I hired to represent me.

      Terrible experience! I was lied to by the initial attorney. The next attorney to take my case did not do what the initial attorney promised. I was charged 13 percent higher of a fee than I was originally quoted and did not even break even

      Save your time and dont use this firm. My case has been ongoing with them for 4.5 years. Im on my third attorney with the firm, havent been to court yet, they dont respond to emails or calls. *** even emailed the executive vice president of this firm and they dont respond. I have life time injuries from a car wreck. If I could get an answer on if I would owe them money, Id pull my case and take it elsewhere.

      This is the worst Law firm I have every seen. They Will never call you back or it's always lies after lies. They need to be shut down. Every time you call that person don't work there anymore. Then they say will get back with with in 24 to 72 hours never a phone call. They are chaser for money and nothing is done.

      HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED in this firm, apparently they're not much of a law firm! First of all, no one called back after we were told someone would call and set up an appointment to meet with **. I guess they didn't think my husband's injuries were severe enough, even though he had some permanent damage to his left arm. My husband passed away about a month after he called the law firm. The wreck he was involved in was 100% the other person's fault and he had injuries. He went to the ** the day of the accident, followed up with his primary care doctor and was sent to a specialist due to his injuries. He went through pain and suffering the last two months of his life due to the wreck. I called Alexander Shunnarah back to pursue what my husband had started, even though the firm never called him back. Because his death wasn't due to the wreck, as far as we know, they wouldn't take the case. So, I wouldn't waste my time with this law firm. Apparently they only want the big cases so they can receive big money! So, "Injured in a wreck! Call me *******!" means NOTHING!!!

      Alexander Shunnarah will only help you if they no %110 your going to win you case this is what they do they talk friendly to you will you call to ask for help tell you don't worry about anything they get you accident reports tell you not to worry about getting it they got everything they got you covered but soon as they see a small flaw in it or a witness states that you was in the wrong but you know for a fact you was in the right all it takes it's for cameras to be rolled back and they check those then they will see you was right the whole time but they want you to get hurt **** near kilt that's where that pay come in at if you're not hurt don't call them it's a shame you have so many money hungry people in this world they don't care about you they just care what they can get and they don't even do anything because like I said they're only going to take your case if they know for a fact you're going to win 110% if you call and get ***** to represent you tell them you don't want him ***** is no good a very rude after you take a look at everything
