  This place is a con, they sign you up and afterwards I never had anymore contact with them. I called them two days later they said I would get a call back which I never received. Four months later I have a packet delivered welcoming as there client. My case has already been settled not sure what case they are working on.

  My husband had a case the attorney we hired to a job with this firm. She helped us out with another attorney for another aspect in one year he paid her 95k she has our money on her insurance claim she wont give it to us and wont return our phone calls This alexander is a joke they collecting interest its bs

  Horrible my sister and niece had a traumatic experience in a local store a part of celling collapsed on my 4 year old nice causing damage to her neck and causing PTSD have a lot of witness that works in this store but the attorney said its no evidence and this company sent a blurry video to try to save there ***** of the incident. I work in that establishment I know and seen how good the camera are and theres camera on ever aisle total ******** no return calls or no way to get in touch with her justice will be served one way or another DO NOT WASTE time with this horrible firm better off getting a random off the street to represent you then this clown show

  Terrible firm. Waited until two years after my accident to settle for less than the medical expenses I incurred from the accident. If you have any other options please use them because if it is not a big money case all you will receive is the bare minimum effort from anyone at that firm! Wish I would have used someone that actually cared about all their clients and would have did a better job. Since the statute of limitations ran out on the 5th of this month and they had to settle I am still waiting on check and it is now the 28th. Avoid using them if there are any other options available.

  This law entity, per my terrible, personal experience, does not merit even one star! They, per my personal experience, have no word of honor, and no committment. I will follow up with detailed report, to the Better Business Bureau.My humble advise is, STAY AWAY!

  My dad was rear ended by an 18 ******* in December 2020. He still has not heard anything about what they are doing regarding his case. They have never contacted **. The only times we have heard from them is when I, after many attempts, send them an email to check on the status. The only reply we ever get is: The ***** hasn't changed. You would think that after 2 years, something would have been done. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE ALEXANDER SHUNNARAH. I promise you will regret your decision if you do.

  He does not go to war for you, he waits and waits and waits more. Had a jeep wrecked had to leave it in impound of the people that fixed it till they were going to sell it....then he came through. Pathetic service.

  I would NOT recommend this firm to anyone with a homeowner's claim. No communication and what communication you do receive is so mumbled and jumbled you decipher through it. They provide no explanations of process, next steps, etc. Hired them 9/2021 and heard not one word from them for 2 months. Only reason then was a call from me trying desperately to get help to cover a roof before winter. This firm is full of fo-pah's, dropped balls, wrong information, no listening skills (they do NOT do what you want them to). I had attorneys Sophia and Meghann who NEVER returned my calls, texts, or emails until i'd complained at the website level. I can't tell you how many questions I've asked that I've NEVER gotten answers to. I was told one thing and another actually happened or what I was told never happened. No progress or updates. I found Meghann to be very difficult to follow during the few conversations we had over the phone. I told her several times that I wanted to sue insurance company and she would ignore my requests. I've NEVER spoken to Sophia who, I was told by the intake rep, would call me to discuss, review my case. That call was never received either. I have settled with the insurance company and attorneys have paid themselves but i have fought for funds to get repairs done since August. I had to provide the contractor *****0 of my own money to get the job started. I am now a month away from losing temporary and am STILL waiting for final disbursement of funds to pay the contractor. I again pull *** along with what little disbursement of funds I'd received to offer the contractor. He accepted however, due to the recent delay in funds availability (5 weeks) they are unable to complete the job before my temp housing expires. Work will be rescheduled in the spring of 2023!!! I'm made to feel like I'm lucky they took my case and I should just sit back and certainly don't ask questions.
