    8/12/23 put down a deposit of ******** for windows and gutters hav suppost to hav had the gutters installed in 2 weeks the windows 10/12 weeks hav been getting excuses about the product that I purchased and when asked for a refund I hav not revived a call back

    Ordered windows on 4-18-2023 and have not received. They have given me about 10 excuses. Cant give me a delivery time. I even Called the company they order from. They said their delivery time was about 6 to 8 weeks. At this point I just want my money back.

    We paid a deposit for windows July 10. They were supposed to be delivered and installed within ***** weeks. We have spoken with ***************************** a few times, but he claims ignorance of the reason for the delay. Now he has stopped returning our calls, and no one else associated with the company has ever returned our calls. Legend has an office location, but apparently no one ever goes there. Based on online reviews, it appears that many, many customers are having the same issues. At this point, we do not know if the windows were ever ordered from the manufacturer.

    Contracted for window replacements on 8/15/23 with an understanding the windows would be installed within ***** weeks. After 14 weeks without contact from the company I began leaving messages for the company to provide an update. After over 2 weeks without response I finally received a text message indicating the owner, ***************************, was waiting on a response from the manufacturer. In the interim, I reviewed the BBB site and found multiple complaints listed for this company. Same issues as with me, no windows, no contacts,or limited contacts. Given my experience in conjunction with the BBB posts I communicated to the owner I wanted a refund of the deposit given to Legend on 8/15. At that point communication stopped again. I want a refund. If I do not see either window installation or refund within the next 2 days I will be filing a police report.

    Frauds!!! Ordered windows back in May, and still no windows. I've called and emailed them, and they won't return messages. See recent similar experiences on BBB here: ************************************************************************************************************************************************************** Do not do business with this company!!

    On 8/28/2023 we paid Legend Windows $689.70 for a deposit on 2 windows replacement. They were promised in November 2023 and we have not heard from them, nor will they answer their phones or return phone calls. We would like our windows installed ASAP or a full refund. We would prefer a refund at this point.

    I needed three (3) windows replaced at my home. Legend Windows representative came out on May 9, ************************************ price $1900. Said I needed to pay half up front and the remainder after the job was completed. The agreed job was to remove the 3 old windows and install 3 new windows. I wrote and gave him a check for $950. I was told it would be ***** weeks for the ordered windows to arrive and job completed. I began calling around 12 weeks later. I continued to call 20 weeks in always getting a voicemail because no one would answer the phone. I left multiple messages and no one has returned ANY of my calls. Unable to reach anyone to get a status. The company has been completely unresponsive. As of today November 17, 2023 it has been 25 weeks and counting. No one has responded. I would like a full refund of my money/deposit.
