    I spoke with ************************* from Legend windows who came out to my house to give me as estimate. We talked about what I wanted and she gave me an estimate. She called back to say that she would get with the distributor to make sure the estimate was correct because they have lost money not charging enough. Sure enough the next estimate's price was much more expensive. I was still considering going forward, but could not reach anyone after that. I have left numerous voice messages and even called the cell number that she provided. No one has bothered to return my phone call at all. I am super disappointed that no one ever called back, but after reading the above I would say that I was blessed.

    The same scammers ***************************** and ****/*************************** that were scamming folks under the business name American Built Windows. We acquired their services from the **** Home and Garden Show about 7 or 8 years ago. We paid ***** a down payment and he ghosted **. It took almost two years and several court dates the the St Clair County DA ********************* got our money back. ***** got off with very little punishment. Someone should *** them, the **** and the Home and Garden Show.

    I had vinyl siding installed, windows caulked outside, and all entrance doors wrapped a few months ago. ******** done a good job and addressed any concerns I had. **** and his dad, *****, were two of the nicest folks I ever dealt with. They returned my calls worked with my pricing. I thought I had a problem with the siding at the bottom on one ***** a few days ago and called **** and left a message. He called me back in a couple of days and sent ******** out 3 days later only to find out I didnt have a problem. The lap siding had pulled away from the brick a bit due weather changes and expansion but the siding was still in tact. He climbed up and showed me. I apologized for a wasted trip and he was very nice. Great folks.

    Like others, I ordered windows in August 2023. I was told they would be in by Thanksgiving. As of 12/12/23, I have not received my windows or a refund. I would not recommend this company.

    Due to an issue with a disgruntled former employee, a horrible situation has gotten stirred up. However, we are still in business and still receiving 5* reviews as well because we do show up and we do excellent work.

    Ordered windows first week Sept.. Was told take ***** weeks..now going on 14 weeks. Called everyone involved with company. All have VM and get no response from anyone. Went to their office at *******************, a guy who shares office with Legends said not seen anyone there in 4 months ! Not looking good.

    We did leave the building we were subletting space in because of hvac issues that were not getting resolved, but we are still in business and still doing work for people every day. I am sorry for the delay in your order, but you will receive the windows you ordered from us.

    I ordered windows from them in the summer of 2022. I paid half of the cost up front. *****, the father, who sold me the windows initially, claimed that he didnt have any contracts on him at the time, so he wrote one up on paper. That should have been my first red flag. It took 6 months of calling and hounding ****, the son, to finally get my windows after threatening a lawsuit. I finally did get my windows in November of 2022. This family keeps opening up new LLCs under a new name every few years so a person would have a hard time finding out about any bad information about them. *****, the owner was arrested in 2017 for taking money and not providing the windows. I would never recommend them to anyone.

    Same story as others. I ordered and paid 1/2 of the cost up front in April 2023. I've called weekly for a month now and not getting responses. Today 12/6/23, his voicemail is full. No windows, no communication, and out $7k. Definitely feels like I've been scammed at this point. Recommend paying more from any other window company and at least getting your windows.

    Like others on here, I have been waiting on windows since May 2023. Little to no communications have been replied to. I will be filing a lawsuit soon. Whatever you do, DO NOT give this company any money at all or the time of day. They will run off with your money like they did us and the other people who have left a review as well. *************************** is the owner and has not responded to any of my requests about getting a refund.
